Architecture, location, equipment...

I think the staff and management are not up to the standard of the facility. All rooms were empty, but I was given the last room in line, with a very dangerous sloping wall. This is not right.

We will be back here.

We loved the cabins we stayed in-very clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you need-toiletries, extra towels, coffee machine, fridge with drinks, etc. Excellent facilities for kids- outside pools, a number of slides, inside pools (heated). We all enjoyed this place. Food was also excellent.

Great nature, food, and wellness — some small conveniences missing

I liked the nature around the complex, the forest, the wellness facilities, the breakfast and food from the Etno restaurant, as well as the children's playground. Clean towels, bed linen, coffee, and a mini bar were available during our stay and offered to be changed or refreshed daily. The staff was friendly, discreet, and willing to help with everything we needed. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable.

I didn’t like that there was no place to hang wet swimsuits and other wet items in the bungalows, except for a few hooks in the bathroom for towels. The hair dryer worked for only about 10–15 seconds and then needed a few minutes to cool down, which made drying the kids’ hair (and ours) quite difficult. There was an alternative in the wellness center — a good hair dryer and a swimsuit dryer — but we really needed these in the accommodation itself, since it didn’t seem hygienic to dry swimsuits in the common dryer, and we washed our hair in the bungalow.

4 nights stay with kids

We stayed in a bungalow with 3 adults and 2 kids (5 months old and 5 years old). The beds were very comfortable. We have loved the playground, soft plays, pools (amazing variety kids pools up to 0.45m with a slide to infinity pools with amazing views of the mountains), slides. It is very family friendly. We will definitely be back one day.

Nice but expensive. Expected a bit more.

The pools were nice and the newest part is great

The bungalows had no kitchen which we did expect to be present. And the way to the bungalows with a stroller is past trashcans of the restaurant, which isn’t great. Also staff was not fast. Food was very slow in 2 restaurants that we ate in.

Overall, I will come back for sure because I had so much fun and a great time there.

Room was great, doesn’t have a balcony but the environment is so great that you will not stay at the room for too long during the day. Great restaurants near the hotel with excellent food and music in the evening, but a little bit pricey. You can use pools and wellness facilities in the Fruske terme hotel which is next to Vrdnicka kula hotel. Pool and wellness are the best part of this trip. I was amazed! This is the next level of relaxation. Everything at the pool bar is more expensive compared to prices in the city, so be prepared.

Prices in bars at the pool are higher than I expected.

Great stay, excellent for families of all ages

Beautiful place, we stayed in bungalow and it was a perfect space for our family. The bungalows are pretty basic but very clean and comfortable. The terminal park facilities are just great. The breakfast is good with lots of variety of foods. There are restaurants in the facility, nice but little pricey. Overall, good experience

We would definitely go back and stay a bit longer to enjoy all the amenities and the nature around.

Beautiful location we enjoyed the fresh air and felt rejuvenated after spending days in different pools and saunas. We had massages which were amazing. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurants have great food too. We loved our cabin where we could hang out together - two mothers with daughters trip.

Nobody was there to help us with luggage to the cabin and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs which was not very convenient both times when we arrived and when we left.

Rest for your mind, body and soul

Beautiful location, very well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the bungalow but had full access to all facilities at Mövenpick hotel across the street. I loved that there is an Orthodox Church on site for our daily prayers and soul nourishment - this is very appealing to me. Complimentary mini bar and also barista style coffee machine available all day. 12 saunas, 10 pools, solarium and so much more, excellent restaurants. Full buffet breakfast was included in our package which was fresh and delicious!! The wellness spa is all on beautifully manicured gardens, with nature on your doorstep, soothing thermal water showers.- peace and tranquillity. What more could you want for a wellness spa that takes care of our mind, body and soul? Close to the town Vrdnik to pick up any supermarket supplies, apothecary and small fresh food market. Monasteries are nearby for daily outings as well as beautiful scenic drives. All approx 35-45 mins from Nikola Tesla airport. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!! We hope to come again.

There really is not anything that I could think of, though I would have liked the couch to be less firm, but this is a matter of preference and does not detract from the overall experience for us.

Incredibly beautiful well-kept territory! clean cozy bungalow, well-equipped bathroom, good towels and bed linen. nice compliment in the mini bar. Very tasty breakfast and lunch(20 euro for adults, kids free) at the hotel Μovenpick.

Great Family-Friendly Resort with Spacious Pools and Relaxing Atmosphere

Essentially, it’s three hotels with different types of accommodation sharing the same infrastructure. We stayed in a bungalow, which is a convenient option for a large family. A very large pool complex, both indoors and outdoors. There was enough space even during peak hours on May 1st. Plenty of lockers for belongings and changing cabins. Toilets available for both adults and children. There is a pool for very young children as well as one for toddlers. Excellent breakfast – varied and plentiful. Car parking available. For bungalows – right next to the unit, which is very convenient. Friendly staff at every service point. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds. A children's playground with nearby tables where you can sit with a drink and keep an eye on the kids.

I would have liked a slightly wider selection of beer at the bars.

Very comfortable hotel with great SPA and tasty restaurants

Great, clean, comfortable bungalows and actually very warm (we were there in winter time and it was great)! Personal thanks for being pet friendly so that we could spend a couple of days there with our doggy (without extra charges, by the way)! SPA with outdoor pool was also amazing and the national cuisine restaurant surprised us with taste and quality of meals! Italian one was also great!

Maybe the fridge in the bungalow could be bigger (actually it is a small mini bar)

Exceptional

We loved everything during our weekend stay in the village. The room was spacious. The hotel staff has also provided us with the crib. The breakfast was really really good. The hotel staff kept our luggage after we checked out and went for a swim in the nearest hotel.

Fantastic pool and spa facilities makes this place a special experience

Fantastic pool and spa facilities at Fruške Terme. I can see this place would be even more fun during season. It was extremely handy having breakfast included which was an excellent buffet. Note you are restricted to using the restaurants in the complex and not all are open before season.

The bungalow we stayed in accommodated 5 (using a pullout sofa) but there was only one chair and the tiny sofa to sit on in the lounge. It made for an awkward stay having nowhere to sit together. Adding another armchair and larger sofa would make much better sense for accommodation of 5 and be more comfortable. We ended up bringing in the outdoor chairs so we could all sit together inside during wet weather.

Wonderful place to relax with the family

The whole complex is very well organized and the whole wellness and spa center is well equipped. The pools are well maintained and the breakfast is very good.

If you rent a bungalow, be aware they stand very close to a restaurant that also hosts events. I was lucky, but if there is a party or something like that, I think the noise levels will make sleep uncomfortable.
