Location is excellent, with less than a minute to walk to the old town. Room was very comfortable and well equipped with heated bed for the cold mountain night weather, and a humidifier. Shower had great water pressure and water was nice and hot.

Being on a busy road you will hear cars beeping early morning, but it was quiet at night.

Most beautiful view from bedroom. Every single staff member was very kind and helpful. Beautiful Tibetan theme decorated rooms. Perfect location and super clean. Love having access to a washer machine.

Great location close to the old town. We were given the option of a room with view towards the giant prayer wheel or a quite room. We chose the room with a view which was very quiet at night and only a bit of street noise during the day. The room was spacious and had two comfortable armchairs from which we enjoyed the view. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with good pressure. We appreciated the washing machine and dryer. Daily new towels, toilet paper, water and tea. There is also a water bubbler at reception offering hot and cold water. Communication with staff via translation apps.

The dirty carpet in the room needs to be replaced and the windows need a good clean. WiFi and heating didn't work but we didn't need it so never asked the staff about
