    Very helpful and friendly owner. Provided us lots of info about the Shangri La places of interest. Send us to train station FOC. Location is good, in the middle of Dukezong ancient city. Very convinent to move around. 客栈老板非常好，友善。也提供了我们很多到香格里拉旅游的资料。客栈地点非常好，就在独克宗古城内，方便走动。非常推荐的客栈。

    They have humidifier and oxygen in the room. Very clean big room. Nice place. One problem toilet won't flush. The problem I arrive late so I didn't bother the staff to fix it. Other than that everything is easy

    Very convenient yet quiet location within Shangrila old town. Everything is within walking distance. Host is nice and patient. He helped us with our Balegezong ticket booking and also treated us tea during our stay. He also has a friendly and cute dog! He also advised us not to shower on first day to prevent altitude sickness. We also did our laundry there free of charge. There is also an indoor deck to air dry our laundry. Water heats up quickly. There is also heated blanket and wooden flooring which are extremely important for cold weather. It come with oxygen tank too though we didn’t have to use it.

    The room was amazingly spacious and comfortable, and the lady who runs the inn is warm and hospitable. I had tea and a chat with her before I left. The heater is central though, so it can take a while for the room to warm up, but hot tap water and shower comes by very quickly. Another thing: be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs - no lift.
