Excellent location and beautiful and spacious room with a big comfortable bed.

It was a little dark and the shower leaked a bit.

Location - Being in the ancient city area added authenticity and also meant there was plenty of access to a wide variety of shops and eating places. It was very easy to get a DiDi when needed. Room - much of the décor and architecture seemed original. The addition of a modern bathroom and fireplace makes the room more comfortable. Service - friendly and willing to help with just about anything guests asked them about. Breakfast - the breakfast was very basic with only a few items available.

We booked the room a bit over two months in advance. We advised them at the time that we were expecting a late arrival due to the arrival time of our flight. When we arrived around the time we had originally advised there was no-one at reception and no way of contacting them. When someone finally arrived at reception it seemed that they had no record of our booking or of our late arrival. We were provided with bigger room for the same price. When we were taken to the room, the heater was switched on but it took many hours for the room to warm up. The bed had an electric blanket but with no controller to attach it to the power.

Hotel it’s built with a traditional Tibetan style, very beautiful, the rooms are big and comfortable plus the location it’s very convenient, right on the old town which perfect!!

In general the hotel is nice but they should pay more attention to the carpeting floors are very beautiful but very dirty at the same time, the breakfast options are very limited ( I personally enjoyed it but some of my friends find it difficult because of the lack of options)
