    The hotel is about 15 min drive from the train station. The room is spacious & nice. Toilet with bidet. Toiletries like toothbrushes & toothpaste & bottled water are provided. Big comfortable bed with soft pillow. Oxygen device & humidifier provided are in the room. The 'aircon' functions like a heater, no cooling function. 5-10 min walk to Halal eateries. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay at the hotel.

    I smell smoking all the time during my stay. I got a room on 3rd and my parent’s room on the 5th, both are the same smell of cigarettes. There are still mess on the floor and my room has a window connect to the hall, this is weird to be honest. Only one staff can speak English that is not a problem actually but they always play like a kid when they have a free time but at the same time they are also on duties that they should stay calm and get ready anytime to service.

    I recently stayed at your hotel for one night and booked two rooms with two single beds. Unfortunately, the stay was quite unpleasant due to a strong smell of cigarette smoke that seeped into our room, even though we did not smoke.The smell was so strong as my son couldn't sleep properly and had to contact the front desk late at night. The staff member we spoke with was helpful and explained that the smell likely came from another guest smoking in a nearby room. He came and sprayed a floral-scented spray to try to clear the air, which helped slightly and eventually my room still sense the smoking smell.This experience really affected the quality of our stay. We booked expecting a clean, smoke-free environment, and really unfortunately.I hope steps can be taken to enforce the no-smoking policy more strictly in the future, to ensure all guests can enjoy a comfortable and healthy stay. The breakfast wasn't up to my expectation hope can be improved.
