Lovely owner that helps us bring to hotel, comfortable beds with warmer, owner can speak good English and offers daytrip tour too

The location is great. Very near to junction road, halal restaurant and centrally located inside the ancient town where you can go anywhere within walking distance. If you arrive by taxi, make sure the driver drops you at the junction road next to the hotel, not at the ancient town gate. It just ~50 meters walk to the hotel. In my case, the driver dropped me at the ancient town gate as he didn't know the taxi can drive at that junction. The hotel owner come pickup my luggage, but still quite far to walk to the hotel from main gate. Recommend for owner to share the junction road coordinate location to the visitor to assist them once they place the booking. The owner very welcoming. There's washing machine with detergent that can be used with small payment. Got matress warmer. For muslim, the door for family room can be locked from inside and not see through. The owner also volunteerily drive our family to the train station for free. The staircase quite steep, please be careful. Others all good. Recommend to stay at this property!

Stay in a real Tibetan home transformed into a hostel. Tezin is very great and provides stories. We would of just liked to have our room cleaned as we stayed 3 nights and no one ever changed the bins.
