The location is fantastic. It’s in one of the city’s three historic old towns and is perfectly situated for exploring. Although the staff didn’t speak English, we communicated easily using a translation app. The owner went above and beyond by creating a Google Maps list with pins for all the must-see attractions in the old town, ending with the hotel’s location so I could easily find my way back. Since the old town is large and easy to get lost in, this was incredibly thoughtful and very helpful for a tourist like me. The room was quiet and peaceful. Keep in mind that the room is on the smaller side, and part of its unique charm is the stone floor. It adds a lot of character, but if you’re traveling with a small child, the the stone s surface is something to consider.
