Great apartment, lovely sea view location....

Lovely spacious apartment, very quiet. Close to bus stop with regular buses to Edinburgh. Great views from lounge over the harbour, with a nice short walk to restaurants & local pubs. Also, asda only a few minutes drive away.

Bathrooms could do with a little tlc, some mould around the bath & shower basin in ensuited cracked. However, this didn't spoil our stay.

Generously sized apartment, near to public transport and a 24 hours supermarket. It had all the basics for self catering, as well as lift access.

It was very warm while we were in Edinburgh, so a fan for each bedroom would have been good, in the absence of airconditioning. Some of the kitchen chairs are broken and need replacing.

Dissappointed considering price demanded

That it was close to public transport.

That the guide indicated the bus to take was number 10, not 11. The property had not been professionally cleaned prior to our occupation and there are several structural issues within the property that do not make it suitable for short term lease

Good place to stay

Light & airy. Comfortable clean beds and towels. Just a bus ride from the centre and a 20 minute walk to Royal Yatcht Brittannia. Would definitely book to stay again.

Shortage of cutlery (only 1 teaspoon for 6 people), and maybe a few more mugs, plates bowls etc. The apartment was clean and tidy, but maybe a bit of a deeper clean wouldn't come amiss.

The location was perfect

There was a bag of expired food in the fridge which left a foul smell in apartment, however once removed and cleaned it was fine. Otherwise everything was fine

Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet coastal location

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment, fully equipped, beautiful views out to sea. Lovely quiet location, walking distance of Asda, bus stop (there's a bus leaving every 10 minutes or so straight into the city), tram is a bit of a further walk. Lots of hot water in the powerful showers. Fully equipped kitchen. Very prompt response to any enquiries

Needed to check out by 11am with no leeway, ended up with a very sick child so was trying to get medications etc on the morning of checkout to stop her vomiting long enough to get onto the bus for the airport by checkout time. (her being sick was nothing to do with the accommodation! And I was given guidance quickly on the nearest pharmacy and Dr. Surgery) It was a bit further out of the city than I had thought but no. 11 bus stop is right outside the apartments.

A real treat to stay in a welcoming bright and airy flat with great connections to Edinburgh

The location was perfect. My family cannot cope with lots of people so access to green space and the shore made it perfect. I also liked the fact that it was well away from busy traffic yet within walking distance of lovely restaurants. The apartment was beautiful, clean and welcoming and all of us felt really happy there. We slept soundly thanks to quiet rooms and comfy beds. We had everything we needed and I appreciated the excellent instructions provided by the host.

10 weeks excessive construction noise from 24/4/23

Apartment is large and spacious and clean and IT works well.

On-street parking requested due to mobility unavailable due to extensive 10 week works to underground parking and ramps. Works are 24/4 for 10 weeks. Signs had been up for a week prior to our visit and residents informed. We as guests were not informed. Concrete breaking every morning from 8am with loud drilling under flat windows. We were on very tight 4 day schedule so didn't complain until end of stay. Owner said they could've refunded or moved us if they had known earlier and took no responsibility for the issue. I am writing this review to warn others that the streetworks around the flat are very extensive and will cause any guests issues unless they are not in the apartment 8-4. Also some black mould in one bedroom and broken shower in one of the bathrooms.

Lovely birthday stay with friends!

I liked how clean the bedrooms were, the bathrooms could've been a bit nicer, I spotted a hair when we first came in and the kitchen hob is a bit dirty.

That the water needs to heat up first before you can use it and the heating in the bathrooms was broken.

kettle leaked, apartment was very cold on arrival but I understand that it was very cold the nights we stayed there and that Hal eating costs a lot these days. could be improved by having some basics in the kitchen such as sugar, teabags coffee. local area was too built up and not particularly aesthetically pleasing

Leith Apartment

The rooms were large, the beds comfortable, kitchen facilities excellent. We were able to park close to the apartment. There's a huge ASDA a couple of minutes drive away. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to queries.
