Great place to stay. Make sure you’ve got good trainer for walking in Dubrovnik. Everything is either up or down steps

Nice views, but could use some improvements

- the host, Ankica, was very nice - parking included - great view from the balcony - decent distance to the old town by bus (we knew the location was farther away) - grocery store right across the street - older bathroom facilities, but well kept - shared kitchen (did not use it much)

- the AC in room #1 needs a deep clean, because it has mold and we avoided to turn it on due to this, even if it was really hot outside, with temperatures of 32 degrees during the night. - some ants and a couple of silverfish in the room (on the wall and on the bed) - the private bathroom is indeed outside the room, but this wasn't a problem for us (although would be nice to be specified) All in all, expected a bit more for this price, even though the whole area is pricey.

Perfect Private Getaway – Comfortable, Clean, and Well-Located

Amazing location, spacious room and exceptional service from the lovely host. I needed to do laundry but the host knew I would be out all day so they did all my washing and drying for me — truly going the extra mile. This was such a lovey stay — highly recommend!

If you’re walking to the property from public transport, just be mindful you will need to climb a few steps. Recommend catching a taxi if you’re not physically up to the climb.

One of our best stays on this Baltic trip.

PROS: - Hostess and host were friendly and accommodating - Property was beautiful and peaceful - Canaries in the back yard were wonderful additions to the atmosphere - Our room in the back had its own bathroom - Large room with very good storage space - Bathroom has nice size, hot water in shower with very good pressure - Shared kitchen was exceptional - Grocery stores located 1 minute and 3 minute walk from property - Quiet at night, and even more so for the rooms in back farther from the street

CON - wifi was wonky (best in the kitchen, weaker in room, disappears right outside room) - rate was a little high compared to our other locations, but for Dubrovnik it may be appropriate - 20 minute walk to Old Town was fine for us, but may be a problem for certain folks

Clean, Comfortable Stay with Great Hospitality and Views

A lovely and kind lady welcomed us to the apartment and kindly offered to explain the local sights. There was free parking available. The property was spotless, with a well-equipped and clean kitchen. We also enjoyed a beautiful view from the balcony.

We had a separate but private bathroom. It was slightly inconvenient, but we managed just fine.

I really liked the personal (granny Ankica), she is very sweet and explained to us how to use busses to get around. The place is a bit far from the center but you have a bus near the apartment. But we walked to the center usually. It is not that far.

Maybe pillows are a bit to high hahaha :) But this is just a personal preference.

The taxi prices are very cheap in Dubrovnik. So this is an accessible place with great views and location. It's also close to Gruz port where we took a ferry from.

Clean and comfortable, affordable stay for Dubrovnik

Great pension, super clean and comfortable. Noce view! There is a bus to old town pretty frequently. There is a restaurant, a supermarket and bakery close by.

The bathroom was private but not inside the bedroom, a bit of a shame.

Very good location, close to Dubrovnik Old Town and to the port and beach areas. The view from the room on the city and the sea was beautiful. The parking below the apartment was very convenient. The room was clean and the host was very nice.

The bathroom was private, only for our usage, but it was outside the room, on the apartment hallway. Although there was no one going around the apartment, it was not ideal. There was no shampoo or soap to shower in the bathroom other than hand soap.

Beautiful peaceful place, 20 min away from the Old town

Very beautiful view of the marina and port from the balcony. The room I stayed in had an en-suite bathroom, which was great! There is a kitchen that is available to all apartments, with a big fridge which is a great addition when you want to have breakfast at home, have some cold water or beers. Ankica is very kind and she is always ready to help and give suggestions for places to see!

The overall stay was excellent - the apartment was comfortable and modern. A mini supermarket is close by which was very convenient. The host was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Be aware the apartment is located up the hill - view is nice but there are a lot of stairs. Uber is recommended

Very pleasant stay

Comfortable, clean room with stunning view over new harbour. It takes approx 10 minutes to get in the old town by bus. Very friendly owner. This guesthouse has an authentic atmosphere and has an excellent price-quality rate.

Our bathroom was separated from room, we had to enter it via the corridor (it was next to our room). Not a huge problem for us.
