Excellent location, in the very center, on a pedestrain zone. Parking a bit further away.

A warm and very well located appartment in the heart of Bad Hofgastein.

It is very well located and I loved the fact that it had alpentherme access included.

Although clean and very warm, I think it would need a full refresh to raise to the price.

great location

great location, very central, a lot of space in the apartment, a balcony, an elevator to the apartment, free entry to the thermal baths which is excellent value, for 15 Euro you can book a very good (mostly organic food, homemade jam etc.) breakfast at hotel Blü, small children pay half for the breakfast and you can also park for free

Disappointing.

Good location. Reception staff friendly. Good sized room.

There was no seal on shower screen, despite several messages and visits from a technician this was never fixed properly. This meant we spent the week having to hold the screen in place for each other and mopping water up from the floor. Added to this the balcony was run down and had weeds. Also the bed base coating was flaking off each day. This was totally unacceptable given what we paid for 6 nights, over £900. I have contacted Hotel Blu re compensation and this has been ignored.

Excellent holiday, perfect in every way.

The location and also having the Gastein card was a real bonus, with free entry the thermal pool and free transport.

The entrance to the terminal bath was great! We where there every day.

The appartment was weired planned, and no real private beadrooms, you had to pass the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Beds were not comfy, but better when we asked for extra madrasses.

The kitchen was well equiped, enabling us to prepare some meals. The balcony from the room we stayed offers a great view from the mountains.

In Bad Hofgastein everything is close. But the location of Aurora is even more exclusive as it's in the absolute centre. The rooms are big enough. The Kitchen is well equipped. The Internet is working well.

Mattresses in beds are maybe too old - meaning too soft and not comfortable. Not possible to set the temperature of the water. Too hot.

The staff were awesome, thr location great and the size of the apartment was refreshing

Aurora is a little tired inside . Was no tea coffee or sugar but supermarket 30 m away.

Never again

No elevator 4 floor, room very hot just below the roof, just one roof window that couldn t be open and broken shades, so early in the morning the sun was shinning to our beds, for ventilator wanted 5 EUROS per day, what we didnt pay. We will never come to this place again. Carpets in the hallways very dirty.

Fantastic simple apartments with great location & most importantly Spa access included!

Fantastic location, great price, loved that there was access to the spa included! Apartments simple but everything we needed. Will definitely book again if visiting Bad Hofgastein.

It would have been good to have option of rooms cleaned after a couple of days & to be able to request fresh towels. When we asked for clean towels we were told we would be charged for them & that they only got changed for free after one week. We were also on the top floor which was very hot, a fan might have been a good addition to the room. The lift does not reach the top floor (it also broke with someone in it while we were there!) so I would advise less suitable if you struggle to use stairs.

A great basecamp to visit the mountains or the town

Excellent central location. The balcony was our favorite spot to relax and take in the views. Access to the local spa was a super bonus.

We always try to seperate recyclable waste when travelling. It was possible to do here, but the containers could have been more clearly marked to take out the guess work.

Friendly staff

We had problems in finding the location of this place but we called the staff and he was very friendly and very patient with his explanations. I can't imagine how it would be if we didn't have a phone though. In any case, everything else was pleasant.

Exceptional

Perfect location just in the city center. Next to bus stop, shops and restaurants. Spa complex is 3 min walking and also you can use underground corridors of hotel Norica which is just next door. The kitchen had everything you need incl salt, pepper, soap and cleaning materials.

Parking is 8 minutes walk away which can be annoying in bad weather.

Great staff and great location

Staff of the hotel has been very nice and helpful. The location is amazing. I strongly recommend this place and will return there with pleasure!
