In spite of the distracting issues reported above, we did have an enjoyable stay at Haus Wallner

Good location next to a small river and in easy walking distance from restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the cable car ride. Very spacious and comfortable apartment with a full set of essential kitchen and dining utensils.

Annoying to have to pay a separate fee for bed linen and towels beyond the price for the apartment itself. Didn't expect a communal washer and dryer that had to be coin operated but rather that the facility would have been located within the apartment itself. Furthermore, unfortunately our dishwasher didn't work during the 4 nights that we were in the partment.

Amazing location, and good size comfortable

The staff was not professional and rude and sending many bothering emails to remind us everyday with the towels bill and final cleaning although we were planing to extend our stay. my mail box was full with many emails with many payment links , and normally most hotels and apartments ask for there bills at the end of the stay during check out . I stay in bad Hofgastein for more than 8 years no property treated us like that and they respect that we are here for vacation to rest and relax not sending dead lines and warnings. More over no one was at the property when we checked in although they know our arrival time , they asked me to come to another village with my family and kids to pay the full payment and get the keys !!!
