We liked our vacation in Bad hofgastein very much, we found few very nice restaurants with very nice food, skiing was ve

I liked location and size of apartment, and it was nice view.

Stuff at reception of hotel are just horrible. Should not work that work at all and should find another job. They are not giving any information needed to guests. At the end of our staying woman at reception was yelling at me because I gave her criticism. And criticism was about not allowing us with 2 small children ,age 2 and 6, to public pool one day even if pay access to public pool, through tunnels underneath town. she asked us to go outside of spa area in bikinis to street to public pools! why did they build heated tunnels underneath town if we need to go to street with biking on in middle of winter?? and we wanted to go to public pools because stuff in spa told us that it would be best to go with children there, because there are pools for children in public pool and spa is not that fun for children. And there was heated tunnel from spa to public pool, and each of hotel in town is connected with these tunnels, which is very nice, what we found out when we came to spa area. They are just not custom oriented stuff. When we wanted to have dinner at hotel Restoran, because we just came to Bad hofgestain for our first time and it was no table available in surrounding Restorans in town, women at reception just refused us without taking consideration all mentioned and that we had 2 hungry children. Second time we asked for hotel restoran, they hardly accept us, it was as we are begging them for food, and of course we paid whole dinner, just absolutely horrible and humiliating approach to guests. And same stuff at reception informed us that we can use premises of hotel. Will never ever visit or recommend that hotel, we were humiliated and not approached as normal human beings, and we were at reception 4 times in total.

Great place for a break in this lovely town.

Excellent apartment, well appointed with modern appliances. Good convenient location near the centre of town. Nice balconies with mountain views.

just modern and big apartment

the host not help on any way we request to open heaters as we feel cold and she say no its fine not cold yet, we receive the apartment with dirty kitchen and bad smell and we tell her about that she say the the smell is good, the place is far away from more attractions, no view and very noise as on street. i didn't like my sat at all.

The location and the facilities of the apartments are great! We really enjoyed our stay in Bad Hofgastein. The check in was easy and comfortable at the reception of the hotel. And the service was great.

Schlechte Küchenausstattung: schmutzige Messer, schmutziger Eierbecher, schmutziger Teller, kein Wettex, kein Salz, Zucker etc. Hotelsauna erst am Nachmittag benutzbar und viel zu kurz(19 Uhr)

2 Schlafzimmer + 2 Große Bäder .Wohn und Esszimmer groß ,sauber, modern und gemütlich Eingerichtet. -Einen große Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bergen und nach Bad Hofgastein. Hallenbad Massage und Sauna im Hotel Österreich Hof. Geschäft in der Nähe Sehr Empfehlenswert

Sauber, gute Lage und Aussicht, man kann die Sauna und Spa vom dazugehörigen Hotel nutzen

Stockbett im andern Zimmer, ist bisserl doof wenn man mit 2 andern Erwachsenen unterwegs ist
