Location, apartment size, and the view

I didn’t like that I had to go to other hotel for check in and check out. Moreover, I requested a cooling fan from the 2nd day of my trip, and till I checked out they did not bring the cooling fan, they kept saying we did not have, all are being used by other customers , during our stay multiple apartments were checked out and still they didn’t bring the fan. It would not have cost them that much if they bought new ones and brought them to the customers.

Great location, friendly/helpful staff, newer furnishings and adequate kitchen essentials, great view of the mountains from sunny afternoons on the balcony and quite apartment building - exactly what we wanted for our lengthy stay in Bad Hofgastein (away from the hustle and bustle of Bad Gastein). I recommend Arkadia Apartments and the the Goldberg team to all and I will be back.

nice apartment with balcony, very clean accommodation, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, wifi worked fine, we appreciated the ski room with boot dryer, close to the cable car and shops

Very good

There's everything you need in the apartment like cutlery and stuff. The parking spots are right in front of the building. Two large grocery stores are around the corner. There's a restaurant near by but it was on vacation during our stay. The closed café we found is in five minutes walking. The city center requires a ten-minute walk.

Nice location (supermarket 2 mins, skibus 1 min), nice apartments with everything needed. Keycards need to be collected somewhere else (different hotel) but everything worked well.

Doporučuji, pro rodiny s dětmi celkem ideální.

Klíče od pokoje se vyzvedají na jiném místě, ale v pohodě se tam dá zaparkovat a předání proběhlo rychle a pohodlně. Apartmány jsou cca 1km od centra, ski-bus kousek od apartmánu. Ubytování bylo velké, dobře vybavené a až na nevynesený odpadkový koš bylo čisté.

Ok smjestaj, dobar parking, lijep apartman ali neudoban krevet

Problem je sto recepcija nije u sklopu smjestaja vec moras ici autom nekoliko minuta do nje. Te recepcija ne radi 0-24 vec do 9 navecer, ali onda mozes dogovoriti check-in bez da dolazis do recpecije (ostave kljuc) - tako da su fleksibilni

Udobnost kreveta i jastuka. Madrac izrazito los i neudobar, vratio sam se doma s boli u leđima. Jastuk premekan i nekvalitetan - ovakve stvari moraju biti prioritetne za smjestaje. Zbog ovoga se ne bi vratio u isti smjestaj

واسعة وحديقتها جميله ذات اطلاله مميزه وفيها اكثر من شرفه كما انه يوجد مكان خاص في الحمام للتشطيف وهذا مانفتقده في اوربا ،،

جهاز الكي مشترك ولا يوجد واحد خاص لكل شقه ،، وكذلك عندما طلبت مروحه قيل لي بأنها نفذت 😥

Lejligheden var dejlig stor og rummelig, sengene var store og behagelige, god udsigt over byen, to store balkonger med møbler, stor have også med møbler. Gode parkerings muligheder.

Vi havde desværre nogle ret støjende naboer, på et tidspunkt boede der 4-6 voksne og lige så mange børn i den samme lejlighed, ungerne var meget støjende, men det kan udlejer jo ikke gøre ved.

In die Jahre gekommen. Wäre schön, nur renovierungsbedürftig

Das Appartement liegt Zentrumsnahe, Fußläufig ca 10min zur Dorfmitte. Der Skibus bleibt unmittelbar vorm Haus stehen. Die Lage ist ruhig, Parkplätze sind direkt am Grundstück vorhanden. Es gibt einen Aufzug und das Gebäude ist 24 Std versperrt. Schistall vorhanden im Erdgeschoss. Im Hof stehen Tische und Bänke. Unser Appartement hatte einen riesigen Balkon mit Sitzmöglickeiten und Liegestuhl. Das Appartement war sehr groß und hatte 1 Toilette extra, plus 1 Badezimmer mit Toilette.

Es war absolut nicht sauber sondern sogar richtig dreckig. Wir haben noch nie ein so schmutziges Zimmer/Appartement gehabt. Die Böden waren definitiv nicht gekehrt und aufgewaschsen. Der Esstisch war dreckig von den Vormieter. Ich habe alles gewischt, und der Putzfetzen war schwarz danach!! Überall Brösel, Staub, Dreck, Haare unter Tisch und Bänken. Im Schlafzimmer funktioniert eine Nachttischlampe und 1 Decke Lampe nicht. 3 Klopapier Rollen für 5 Tage 2 Personen bei diesem Preis ist lächerlich. Das Schlafzimmer roch nach kalten Rauch Im Kasten fällt der 3. Einlageboden runter sobald man was rauflegt. Der Kühlschrank ist verzogen und bleibt offen wenn man nicht fest dagegen drückt. Der Föhn fällt nach 3 Minuten aus. Nach 10min warten geht er dann wieder kurz. Die Schlüsselübergabe findet am Berg vis a vis im Hotel Goldberg statt. Anfahrt mühsam, aber Mitarbeiterin war extrem freundlich.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber für länger würde es schwierig. Preis/Leistung nicht ganz angemessen.

Einfaches Appartement, das seinen Zweck erfüllt hat. Man erkennt, dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Check-In im Hotel Goldberg war freundlich, aber dass man erst ans andere Ende des Ortes muss um die Schlüssel zu bekommen ist mühsam. Internet hat nur lückenhaft mit Unterbrechungen funktioniert.

Sehr zentrale Lage, nahe an einem SuperMarkt. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Ideal für Kurzurlaub mit Kids.
