The newly renovated Marina house has 3 apartments on 3 floors. The house is centrally located in Bad Hofgastein and has 7 private parking spaces.
We are premium partners of the Alpentherme Gastein. Therefore, all our guests have free entry to the Alpentherme Gastein! And as often and whenever you want, of course during the opening hours.
Enjoy the comfort of the central location as well as the modern apartments of the house Marina in Bad Hofgastein, where couples, families, small groups and dog lovers feel equally at home with their cuddles.
The apartment Edelweiss is located on the 1st floor of the house and is about 70 square meters.
It has a living room, 2 bedrooms, separate kitchen, a modern bathroom and a large balcony.
The living room has a beautiful living area, a modern dining area and of course a large TV. The living area is extendable and can then be used as a bed for 2 people.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There is everything you need to cook. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are of course also abundant.
The 2 bedrooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobe, valet and television. One bedroom also has a desk
The bathroom is very modern and has a large barrier-free shower. The beautiful wash basin set offers you enough storage space for your care products
The apartment has a beautiful balcony, on which you will find a rattan sofa and sun loungers. The view of the mountains is magnificent from here.
In the garden you will find a wonderful arbor with seating, a barbecue area, sun loungers and a large trampoline for young and old. A table tennis table will be available from spring 2020.

There is a lockable garage for bicycles and also for motorbikes.
In winter we have a heated ski crystal for skis, snowboards, clothing and ski boots.
A washing machine and dryer are available in our laundry room.
