Exceptional

The owner was very friendly and helpful lady. She changed our Comfort One-Bedroom Apartment to bigger Comfort Two-Bedroom Apartment. It is nice and well furnished apartment surrounded by large balcony. It has great location, near cable car station and few minutes walk to the village center.

Good standard appartment nearby lift, service and busses.

Very friendly host. Everything you needed was in the appartment. A long nice balcony surrounded the appartment and everything was clean, nice and tidy. Few minutes walk to the lift and bus station. Few minutes walk to the village center with all necessary service. Ski room at the ground floor.

It was a nice week with a high degree of vacation feeling.

The owner greeted us at arrival and offered a bigger apartment for a smal premium as we were travelling with two dogs.

Superb

From where we stayed, it was easy to get to the other villages, I.e., Gastein, Dorfgastein. There were a good number and variety of restaurants (we particularly liked Da Dino's & Berglift) and and non-ski activities (ice skating, horse-drawn carriage rides, toboggan run and dog-sleighing (the former 2 were not really applicable due to the lack of snow off the mountains). Schlossalm Appartement was also an ideal location for our stay.

If you plan on dining out, I highly recommend making reservations; our first night we went to 6 different restaurants and were shut out.

Nice place .

Nice View to the mountain and cable car. Ideal place to people who searching for peace of mind. The landlord and her family was very nice and helpful , my best regard to them .

The 3 bedrooms apartment was on 3rd floor , no elevator available, too hard to move your luggage to the 3rd floor especially if its big bags . Landlord was nice and the helped me to take the luggage into the apartment. The apartment was crowded with the old furniture, and that make some difficulty in moving in the apartment. T V wasn't work during my stay , and some pull light was not working in the living room .

The apartment was spacious with a big wardrobe and comfortable bed. There was also a huge balcony with chairs and table as a part of the apartment. City center and supermarket are within walking distance as well as a cable car.

The equipment of the kitchen could be better, knives were blunt and fridge was so noisy that we had to turn it off before going to bed as there wasn´t a door between the kitchen and the bedroom. View from the balcony was limited as the balcony was facing to the opposite building.

die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein, kein scharfes Messer, genau abgezähltes Besteck... Die Zimmer haben wenig Aufhängemöglichkeiten und unter den Betten war nicht wirklich gereinigt.

Апартаменти знаходяться в мальовничому місці майже в центрі курорту. Дуже тихе затишне місце в пішій доступності до центру, до термів і до витягу. Немає проблем з паркуванням. Апартаменти чисті і затишні, в номері тепло, єдине що трошки замало посуду на кухні - тарілок і склянок, хоча це не було проблемою. Приємні дуже господарі які завжди є на місці.

Dobrý apartmán blízko lanovky i termálů

Výborná lokalita, dobrá dostupnost k lanovce Schlossalm i do termálního akvaparku. Byt prostorný, ideální pro 4 až 5 osob. Jedna koupelna s WC a zároveň druhé WC oddělené. Velký balkon. Apartmán čistý a v dobrém stavu. Novější vybavení. Rádi navštívíme znovu, třeba v létě, až vyrazíme na horské tůry.

Horší reakční doba na dotazy, v řádů několika dnů. Měl jsem dva dotazy před příjezdem. Místnost k uložení lyží a lyžáků je přístupná z venčí domu a několikrát nebylo zamčeno, za což ale hostitel nemůže, je to vina neukázněných hostů, kteří za sebou nezamknou.

Highly recommended for families

The apartment is in a fantastic location, right next to the river with a lovely view, situated in a quiet area. It has all the amenities you could need. The owner is very kind and provided us with great assistance. I highly recommend this place for families. الشقة تقع في موقع رائع، بجانب النهر تماماً مع إطلالة جميلة، في منطقة هادئة. تحتوي على جميع المرافق التي تحتاجها. المالكة لطيفة جداً وقدمت لنا مساعدة كبيرة. أوصي بشدة بهذا المكان للعائلات.
