Disappointing
The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the main road without a sidewalk, it is only possible to get here by car. It is not possible to go anywhere with the dog or to ride a bike, or by walk. The photographed pool is under the road on the parking place. For these reasons we did not stay here. The owner promised us a refund without charge, which he did not keep.

View is just perfect. Kids really enjoyed swimming pool. It worked until 10 PM. The garden facility is very nice. Apartment is very good equipped and has great kitchen. Host is friendly. Perfect place if you want to stay in quite.
Was very hard to find the apartment. Three navigators including google maps showed different places and actually none of them were right.

Exceptional
What a great stay here at Haus Sammie! The family were very welcoming once we arrived and the apartments we stayed in were wonderful. The villa had great amenities, they provided us with a washing machine, tumble dryer, snacks at a small cost. They have a hall way to store skis and boots and to top it off it’s so close to beautiful town of bad Gastein and ski lifts! Thank you so much for a fabulous stay, really looking forward to returning 😁

Great place for a group ski trip
The location of the apartment was perfect for our group since we were close to the ski resorts in the area. The apartment itself was clean and had pretty much everything we needed, and the owners were friendly and available if we needed anything. I always appreciate when towels are provided as part of the accommodation.

Litt vanskelig adkomst/nedkjørsel med bil. Det var ikke en vei det var aktuelt å gå langs for å komme inn til sentrum. Burde opplyse at bassen bare er på sommeren.
