It is a good place but it can be better.

The location of this place is fantastic. It’s the perfect location to choose for people that love to wander around the place, visiting multiple areas at once, while it still being a homely, safe and quiet spot both at night and day. It is very close to the Bad Hofgastein lake, few minutes to walk and literally 2 minutes by car! The view outside is pleasant, and even if you decide to stay home all day, you won’t get bored. The hostess are very friendly, very nice and polite. They ask repeatedly about how things are and whether we need anything or not. They maintain a clean environment, providing any items needed such as tissues, clean towels every now and then, re-stocking if needed and so on. They accept request and take criticism light-heartedly as something to learn from and develop in the future. I have to mention as well that the kitchen, rooms and the bathrooms are all stocked with items and important things needed.

This place is not suitable for medium to big families. The aesthetics are there, but some essentials are in fact not. As a big family that were traveling for more than 10 days, we had to split into 2 different room, which was fine, however, we were not notified about the fact that the rooms are far from each other, causing miscommunications and confusion. A small problem that could have been solved with proper planning but did not. They were not even willing to discuss it. In one of the rooms, a wall sized cabinet was close to causing harmful damage to us multiple times. It was broken, and we were not notified by it until WE asked about it. The doors of the cabinet were loose, and a faint touch caused the doors to nearly fall on us and it would’ve caused severe injuries. That happened almost five times. Note that we booked a month before visiting, and that issue could have been resolved before us reaching to avoid any harm but it wasn’t. In one the rooms we had booked, you will be sleeping in a kitchen. Literally. A weak decision for so many reasons to combine a bedroom, living room and a kitchen at once.

Výborně vybavený apartmán pro rodinu za rozumnou cenu.

V apartmánu bylo opravdu vše co jsme potřebovali. Výborně vybavená kuchyně i koupelna, dokonce i sladkosti pro děti na uvítanou. Sušárna na lyžařské boty s vyhřívaným sušákem. Pan domácí na nás počkal i když jsme kvůli dopravním problémům přijeli až po 21. hodině.

Krásné místo, krásný apartmán

Útulný, prostorný, výborně vybavený apartmán, dostatek prostoru na uložení věcí a hlavně i na usušení po lyžování. V kuchyni vše potřebné pro pobyt, včetně čaje i kávy. Hostitelé přátelští a vstřícní, milou pozorností byly bonbony pro děti i přichystaná Velikonoční nadílka. Hezký balkon s posezením a vyhlídkou. Do obchodu pěšky pár minut.

Líbilo se nám vše, možná jen doporučení - v kuchyni bych nechala jednu skříňku volnou na uložení potravin.
