It’s in a great spot—about a seven-minute walk from the train station—making arrivals easy. You’ll also find a well-stoc

We stayed in the deluxe room, which featured a beautiful, spacious living area opening onto the garden. The bedroom was generously sized, with a comfortable double bed and an additional single. Large windows offered stunning mountain views, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Even the corridor provided plenty of space for our luggage.

The sofa bed wasn’t particularly comfortable for sleeping, and the pillows were quite soft and thin.

Good sized apartment, great location, good value for money

After providing my check-in information online, the property sent detailed instructions for arrival. Access is provided by a door code so there is no need to collect keys. Therefore you can arrive as you please. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area a short walk from the town and the lifts (5 mins). There is a bakery (not on google maps) opposite the apartment which is very handy for breakfast. There is a boot and locker room to dry your equipment, accessible from the front door. It's warm and everything dries. The apartment itself is good value, mostly clean and has the basic kitchen items to get you through the week with occasional home cooked meals or breakfasts. There's a comfy living room and TV. The beds were and pillows were OK. The balcony was huge and offered nice views of the mountain.

The kitchen facilities could be improved a little. The cleanliness was a 7/10. Please pay more attention to the bathroom and to kitchen appliances. There is no dishwasher and some of the kitchen equipment was dirty.

Good for people less than 1,5 m tall😔

Good location, parking,relatively large appartment, but…

Appartment in top floor of the building with many cut walls so you are constantly hitting these with your head. Kitchen could be equipped with microwave. Forget about cooking something, not enough space to prepare anything. One of the showers is unusable because there is massive leak of water that comes from underneath after shower. Last thing: even living at top floor, the groud main door are so noisy, that you know about everybody who goes in or out.

The location is great! Just simply the best, close to the railway, supermarket, bus stop. You’re surrounded by mountains, very nice view! The kitchen was very well equipped.

The booking process was very stressful! They sent me an external link to pay for the cat, the interface was unfriendly, the link didn’t worked properly and they pushed me to pay now, otherwise they will cancel the reservation. I paid everything, but they continued to sent me all these emails in German and pushed me to pay or they will cancel. I tried to reach to hotel, sent emails and messages via booking, but no one responded. Hopefully, someone called and explained that was a mistake. Another thing, I wasn’t aware of- they didn’t clean the room and didn’t change towels/bedsheets. I asked where can I put the garbage from the room and was advised to leave it on the first floor, I did so and other guests also left their garbage there, so very soon the first floor looked like a dump and smelled like a dump as well.

In the locality was difficult to find suitable accommodation due to covid. The reason was the ratio of price and quality and the ability to accommodate our dog. Thank you Haus Bergner for the opportunity to spend an extended weekend in their pleasant guest house.

Kleines Apartement in super Lage für Skiurlaub.

Super Lage für den Preis, nur 10min bis zum Stubnerkogel Lift. Das Apartement war sehr sauber. Check-in und Check-out problemlos. Satelliten-TV mit vielen deutschsprachigen Sendern.

Es gab leider kaum Kochgeschirr, nur 2 Pfannen und 2 Töpfe mit nur einem passenden Deckel, was Kochen ohne die Küche zu beschmutzen erschwerte. Ein weiteres Möbelstück, zb kleine Bank/Tisch/Kommode um zb Skiunterwäsche auszubreiten fehlte leider im Schlafzimmer. Heizregler in der Küche war defekt und heizte daher auf Maximum. Ein Reperaturversuch seitens der Hausverwaltung war erfolglos und dann wurde nichts mehr unternommen.

Virkelig behageligt ophold med dejlig beliggenhed og behagelige faciliteter.

Lejlighederne har en virkelig god beliggenhed. Hvis man har en skisafe er det rigtigt nemt at komme frem og tilbage til fods fra lejligheden. Personalet ved udlejningsstedet var meget søde, og hjælpsomme. Lejligheden var pæn og ren og sengene var rigtigt gode og behagelige. Dejligt med en god opvaskemaskine.

Der manglede virkelig meget skabsplads, og vi fik to lejligheder i stedet for en stor hvilket vi ikke var klar over. Det er lidt ærgerligt at der mangler køkkenting osv.

Insgesamt war es in Ordnung, aber wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Skilift ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Fernsehprogramm (inkl. Mediatheken) war sehr gut.

Das Apartment war sehr klein, für unsere Geschmäcker zu klein, gerade wenn man viel Platz zum Lüften der Skisachen benötigt. Der Türcode für die Wohnung hat nur 4 Ziffern, was nicht besonders sicher ist. Die Lüftung im Bad war leider defekt, wodurch sich schon Schimmelflecken in den Fugen und an der Wand gebildet haben. Die Kaffesahne, die zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, war leider seit zwei Monaten abgelaufen. Es befanden sich außerdem Silberfische in der Wohnung.

Alt i alt en god lejlighed med parkering lige ved døren. Lejligheden har en god placering i forhold til skilift samt ind

Stedet ligger tæt på skiliften ca. 5 min gang. Der var fin ski opbevaring i kælderen. Lejligheden var ren og pæn. Nem adgang med koder til hoveddøren og værelset.

Den lejlighed vi havde var meget meget lille, man kunne næsten ikke være 2 personer i den. Lejligheden var udstyret med lille køkken men der var ingen emhætte, så alt lugtede af madlavning. Meget lidt lys ved hoveddøren så det var svært at taste koden ind om aftenen uden brug af lommelygte. Ved affalds containere er der heller ingen lys, så det var svært at se noget uden en lommelygte om aftenen.

Tolle ruhige Lage in Bad Gastein

Problemloser kontaktloser Check-In Lage ist super für verschiedene Ausflugsziele Großes Appartment, Küche gut ausgestattet Parkplatz vorm Haus Ruhige Lage

Hätte etwas sauberer sein können Bad etwas klein für mehrere Personen Wc und Dusche in einem, etwas schwierig bei 4 Erwachsenen, aber machbar ;) Der Backofen war schwierig zum aktivieren!

Malinká kuchyň, špatně vybavená pro 4 osoby (maximálně peo 2). Proč se večer zapínalo světlo na balkoně? Závěsy jsme měli roztažené, aby šel dovnitř vzduch a světlo rušilo.

Dobra lokalizacja, parking na 3 samochody przed budynkiem, dodatkowo dużo miejsc na parkingu jakieś 50m dalej. Sklep 8min spacerem, przystanek 5min. Komunikacja publiczna darmowa po rezerwacji apartamentu dla gości. Super rozwiązanie, cały pobyt przemieszczaliśmy się autobusem wzdłuż doliny. Apartamenty nie najnowsze ale zadbane, kuchnia wyposażona na poziomie, niczego nie brakowało. Pobyt w 8 osób, 4 dorosłych i 4 dzieci. Mniejszy apartament po drugiej stronie korytarza (na 2 osoby) sprawiał wrażenie ciasnego, za to większy na 6 osób bardzo przestronny.
