Katharina ist sehr freundlich, man hat sich sofort Willkommen gefühlt, kleine Wünsche wurden gleich erfüllt und bei Fragen war Katharina immer erreichbar. Der Badeteich und der Garten mit Blick auf die Berge war unglaublich schön.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung! Wir kommen wieder!

Schon die Begrüßung durch Katharina war sehr persönlich. Wir bekamen gleich gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Wanderungen im Gasteiner Land. Unser kleines Studio hatte alles was man braucht. Der kleine Balkon hat uns auch gut gefallen. Das Highlight war natürlich der Schwimmteich im Garten. Viele kleine Sitzgelegenheit, Liegen und Hängematte bieten für jeden ein Plätzchen. Komplett eingezäunt ist der Garten perfekt für Hunde. Die familiäre persönliche Atmosphäre macht den Urlaub einfach perfekt!

Very nice apartment. Spaceous and clean. Bonus - unlimited possibility to visit Alpentherme. There is room for skying equipment, warm and dry. Very comfortable stay. Thank you. We are comming back to the same place already 3'rd time.

Small note - pillows are huge 🙂. We are not used for such size. Would be nice to have possibility to choose from bigger or smaller size. But this is not critical issue - beads are very comfy.

Best place for family, couples. Best Christmas stay.

wonderful host Katharina! she is extremely friendly, warm-hearted, helpful. The facility is so clean, adequate that make you just feels like at home. we spend our Christmas holiday here and it‘s so memorable that we enjoy skiing and spring and stunning Mountain View just in front of your Balkon. Katharina‘s mother prepare super delicious homemade Christmas cookies for us. this department is about 7 min drive toward Bad Hofgastein. So this stay is quite, peaceful and away from crowd. If you drive here for holiday, super recommended.

Superb

The host was super helpful and lovely, and the room was super clean and comfortable. There is dedicated space for snowboards with heated hangers for shoes, so you can have your skiing stuff stored separately and enjoy more space in the room. Alpentherme pass was great; we went here every day after skiing. Parking is right next to the building.

Highly recommended, friendly host!

Thank you for the extra touches - the coffee, tea-bags and blankets for our dog :-) We ordered croissants through the bread delivery service and they were delicious! And we really appreciated the free entry into the Thermal spa, it makes these apartments fantastic value! On a seperate note, if you want to eat out locally in the evening it is worth making a reservation or you may be disappointed.

The STALE Smoke smell was a complete turn-off. Other than that, it was a comfortable place to stay.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The mother was very friendly and nice at check-in. The back yard had a lovely swimming pond.

This was a great place to stay IF you don't mind smoking out on the balcony coming into your room. We specifically requested a non-smoking room and the entire building (especially our room) smelled like STALE SMOKE. We shared a balcony with Katharina, the daughter of the owner, and while we wanted to keep the door to our room open, we couldn't because the disgusting smell of her constant smoking kept funneling into our room. IF you don't mind the smell of smoke wafting in your room when the door is open or if you don't mind the smell of stale smoke, then you will be happy here.
