Wonderful stay in Bad Hofgastein

We had a wonderful stay in Bad Hofgastein, and this apartment was the perfect choice. Centrally located, it gave us quick access to everything the town has to offer. The apartment is fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged – we really appreciated the small touches like the coffee and sparkling water waiting for us in the fridge. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning – we enjoyed every morning and evening admiring the mountains. During our stay, we were lucky to enjoy several live music events happening just nearby, which added to the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of the town. A big plus was that the price included free access to Alpen Therme and the cable car card – the perfect combination of mountain adventures and relaxing spa time. The value for money is excellent. We warmly recommend this apartment – it’s ideal for couples as well as for families with 1–2 children. We’d love to come back!

Modern village apartment in beautiful Austrian Alpe village !

The apartment location was stellar! Literally, it's on the central square of Bad Hofgastein village and all restos, shops, recreation is walking distance. Very nice mineral water spa and wellness is just a few hundred meters walk. The apartment was exceptionally clean and everying perfectally operable and well maintained by the owner. We cooked meals and kitched functioned great. Very nicely appointed with nice details for ski holiday---eg. ski boot warmer in the building, plenty of space for hanging winter/ski clothing with proper entry for removing wet shoes/boots. The hosts, Michel and Manuela were very helpful and courteous and responsive !! We had Christmas, family holiday with 5 days of skiing. We are hopeful to return and happy to recommend !

Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Bad Hofgastein

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Bad Hofgastein. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar (Therme, Talstation der Schlossalmbahn, Geschäfte und Restaurants). Auto kann gleich in der Nähe (5 min. Fußweg) in einer Garage gut geschützt geparkt werden. Unser Gastgeber hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns alles gezeigt.

Alles für einen entspannten Urlaub

Von der ersten Minute ein feiner Urlaub: Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt und sogar bis zur Garage zum Parken unseres Wagens begleitet. Das Appartement ist toll ausgestattet, sehr sauber, hochwertig und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir genießen besonders die inkludierte Therme und die Bergbahnen zum Wandern. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts - von Backofen bis Kaffeemaschine, von scharfen Messern bis Wasserkocher - alles da - und sogar ein Ventilator und Staubsauger ist vorhanden. Nicht zu vergessen der Wäscheständer zum Trocknen der Badetücher und die vielen Steckdosen und und und ... :-) einfach außergewöhnlich!

الشقة كانت ممتازة جدًا من جميع النواحي. أنا حجزت الشقة رقم III، وكانت عبارة عن ثلاث غرف نوم، وصالة كبيرة، وتلفاز ذكي (Smart TV)، وماكينة قهوة، وثلاثة حمامات. في الطابق العلوي، توجد غرفة صغيرة مخصصة للأطفال إذا أرادوا اللعب أو مشاهدة التلفاز. تعامل عائلة ميار كان رائعًا وفوق المتوقع، راقٍ جدًا. ابنتي كسرت بالغلط طرف الثلاجة الصغيرة، وتم احتساب قطعة الغيار فقط دون أي مبالغة. كذلك انكسر عندنا صحن ولم يكن لديهم أي مشكلة أبدًا. باختصار، الشقة في وسط بادهوفغاستين تمامًا، وفيها تهوية ممتازة. النوافذ يمكن إغلاقها بالكامل إذا كانت الشمس قوية، أو فتحها إذا الجو بارد. الشقة متعوب عليها بكل التفاصيل. لفتني لطف عائلة ميار في أنهم وضعوا خزانة صغيرة في الطابق الأول تحتوي على مظلات وفرش أسنان وأشياء قد ينساها النزيل، مع عبارة لطيفة تقول: “إذا نسيت شيئًا، يمكنك استخدام هذه”. كما توجد غرفة مخصصة لعربات الأطفال (الترولي) في الطابق السفلي. الأمان والدخول إلى الشقة مريح وسلس 100%، والموقع دقيق جدًا بجانب كافيه شويقر الغرفة الماستر قيها سرير أطفال وسرسي اضافي لو عندكم طفل آخر .. كذلك دخول مجاني للمسابح اللي تبعذ دقيقتين مشي كل المدة و التلفريك مجاني .. شقة فوق الخيال The apartment was absolutely excellent in every way. I booked Apartment III, which consisted of three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a Smart TV, a coffee machine, and three bathrooms. Upstairs, there’s a small room for children to play or watch TV. The Mayr family’s hospitality was truly wonderful – very warm and professional. My daughter accidentally broke a part of the small fridge, and they only charged us for the replacement part, with no exaggeration. We also broke a plate, and they had no issue with it at all. The master bedroom includes a baby crib and an extra bed in case you have another child. You also get free access to the thermal pools just a 2-minute walk away for the entire stay, and the cable car is included for free as well. The apartment is beyond amazing! In short, the apartment is located right in the center of Bad Hofgastein, with excellent ventilation.

Sehr gute Lage in einem sehr gepflegtem Appartement -- gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Bad Hofgastein gelegen und die Parkgarage für das Auto ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Parkgarage ist versperrt.

Vor dem Haus ist grundsätzlich Fahrverbot, was ein Vorteil ist für den generellen Aufenthalt. Sollte jemand ständig auf das Auto angewiesen sein, kann dies jedoch ein Nachteil sein. Für uns war es kein Problem, da wir immer mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel unterwegs waren.
