Although this is not the properties’s fault, kids from neighboring hotels were noisy most evenings past 10-11 p.m. We visited Bad Hofgastein 9 times in the past 25 years. There was quite after 10. This is no longer the case.

Excellent hotel to visit Alpentherme

If you go to Bad Hofgastein - you go here to visit Alpentherme. For this this hotel (Panorama) has huge advantage - you go out from your room in bathrobe and slippers, down the elevator to underground tunnel, 3-5 min walk and you are in Alpentherme. For you as hotel guest - Alpentherme is free of charge, multiple visits and direct access with special kind of watch. There are 4 hotels that have access to this tunnel (Panorama, Norica, Hof and Bad Gastein). there is also Hotel's own sauna complex, but it is much smaller than Alpentherme. Parking - there is free parking lot 5 min or less walk from Hotel, and paid parking (10 Euro/day) next to hotel. We took apartment (35 sq.m), but it rather tight. All that is needed, but may be more spacious. But with wide balcony where we eat morning / evening. There are many restaurants in the vicinity, as well 2 supermarkets - 100 m from the hotel. Bad Hofgastein is a nice small town, green zone with small lake where you could walk. Friendly staff, Magdalena from reception went with us and explained all the features that available in the hotel. Apartment is cleaned every day. There is an elevator.

the location was exceptionally good, very good connection to the thermal baths. Well-timed bus connection to the train station. every day the room was cleaned and towels were changed. Children have a lot to do

hard to find right administration doors. the kitchen knives were dull. the pan caught the food.

Doskonała lokalizacja. Całodobowy dostęp do Term.

Dodatkowa opłata za parking przy hotelu. Brak codziennego serwisu pokojowego. Udostępniane tylko 2 ręczniki basenowo-saunowe na 2 osoby na 2 dni. Powinny być 2 ręczniki na osobę na dzień.

Een absolute aanrader.!!!

Het appartement was schoon en groot genoeg voor 2 personen, de wandel onder de grond naar de Thermen was briljant. Inclusief onze badjassen naar het altijd warme water en op de terugweg van de Thermen nog even relaxen in het ontspan gedeelte van de hotels zelf, ook ondergronds te bereiken. Perfect. Parkeren is 150 meter verderop van het hotel, gratis. Prima te doen. !!

Het keukentje was echt klein. Niet makkelijk om een maaltijd te bereiden, beperken tot pasta e.d. in verband met 2 kookplaatjes, maar het stadje heeft veel restaurants.

Beste Unterkunft welche wir in Urlaub hatten

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geschmackvoll angerichtet und gemütlich und sauber. Beim Empfang an Rezeption fühlte man sich wirklich willkommen. Der Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
