Good space and location

Good space and receptionist was very responsive and helpful.

There was only one bathroom between the six of us. Also parking in front of property not guaranteed. Would be good to have smart television for us to connect to our own Amazon prime or Netflix.

Nice stay in the centre of Bad Hofgastein with the lift two bus stations away. Car is not needed

Ski bus right outside the door. Supermarket around the corner

Picking up the keys at das.goldberg hotel. It's a 20 min walk up the hill. Not ideal if you arrive by train.

Bad basement appartment ruined the whole stay as we were coming for views and nature

First the property had no reception and we waited 20 minutes for someone to come and open the doors after a long journey. Second I was misleaded as i booked a ground floor appartment and they put us in the basement which was uncomfortable with very bad view as it is the place of views but unfortunately couldnt enjoy it and when i complained to manager on the phone as the property doesnot have reception she promissed to change it for us next day but she never showed up !! When i asked for compensation during the check out they told me if you dont pay the due amount we will call the police. Unfortunately this first time in my life someone treat me with this behaviour!! As special booking.com member This will be the last time i book through your website and also to book such property .

Tolle Lage im Ortskern und gute Nähe zur Talstation. Sehr gut für eine Familie mit fünf Personen.

Gute Lage. Ortskern mit Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Bushaltestelle zur Talstation direkt vor der Tür. Große Zimmer. Großes Bad. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Ruhig.

Nichts auszusetzen.
