Everything is great but an « epic fail »

The room was really nice, old quality furnitures, such a charm. The location of the place is simply perfect for people who want to go hiking. Very friendly personal. The kitchen where you take the breakfast is simply great... but something I still cant accept...

When coming to this place, be careful with the car avoiding all chicken running around in the middle of the path... still you will get a breakfast with battery eggs (category 2), those chicken never saw daylight and they never will. Also nothing local, individual packaged jam, cheese... vegetables not tasty... sorry guys thats a red card! I do not recommend.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, I was just surprised by lift we had to use to get from parking to hotel :-) So just have on mind that in winter there is no path and you have to use the lift. Besides that I cannot complain, it has great position directly on the slope :-)

Nice view, room design Breakfast was delicious

There is mouse in room at early morning 5:00 am and no service and I went out waiting for checkout until 9:30 am because the owner not in hotel; and when I told the manager of hotel about there is mouse in room she said maybe came for mountains! All we believe the natural but if you expect something like this ; put more information and worst thing early morning trying to find mouse ...; bad morning and reply from hotel manager was worst ! . It is look like the hotel out of season

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, so eine schöne „Hüttenatmosphäre“ Das Personal, obwohl es viel zu tun hatte, war immer sehr freundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.

Uns würde gefallen, wenn es an Fondue-Tagen etwas mehr Auswahl an „Gesunden Gemüsegerichten/Hülsenfrüchte etc.“ für Vegetarier gäbe.

Eine ganz besondere Alm

Eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet- Kulinarisch wird man rundherum verwöhnt, vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen - der Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und runter ins Tal ist herrlich, insbesondere am Abend und in der Früh.

Превосходный отдых в каждый визит

Мы были в этом отеле 2 года назад, и за эти 2 года отель стал только лучше. Сам отель является местом с невероятной атмосферой поместья в горах с невероятной природой вокруг. Номера в отеле отделаны натуральным деревом, в номерах всегда очень чисто. Спать было очень удобно - кровати и постельные принадлежности были отличными. Ещё в отеле есть большая хорошая сауна, который можно наслаждаться в любое время. В отеле подают очень вкусные завтраки, которые оценили и взрослые и дети. Отдельно отмечу потрясающий персонал отеля, работающий выше всяких похвал.

Я бы не стал называть это недостатком, а назвал бы особенностью - если у вас очень чуткий слух, то вы будете слышать, как соседи ходят по коридору.

Die super Lage direkt an der Piste, das gemütliche Appartement, die wunderschöne Sauna, das superfreundliche Personal, das ausgezeichnete Frühstück, ... es war wirklich alles perfekt, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super, kommen gerne wieder!

Die Alm mit ihrer Lage ist wirklich toll. Alle Mitarbeiter super freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstücksbuffet top! Abendessen teuer, aber aufgrund der qualitativ hochwertigen Produkte und der üppigen Portionen keinesfalls Abzocke. Gönnt man sich halt mal.
