The house is located in a quiet settlement with single-family houses south of the center and, thanks to its central location, offers the ideal mix between tranquility and proximity to the sports and wellness centers. A feel-good oasis has been created on 168 square meters, in which up to 8 people can leave everyday life behind in 5 bedrooms. After a long day with countless impressions of the unique mountain town, you can relax in the large eat-in kitchen, or in the cozy farmhouse parlor with a wood-burning stove, relax with a novel or a good film (satellite TV available), or share your experiences with friends on the Internet.
If you like to cook, this will be child's play in our fully equipped kitchen. From the 4-burner hob to the microwave and the coffee machine, everything is available to serve a fantastic breakfast, lunch or dinner in the spacious dining area of the kitchen. Save time in the morning in the two bathrooms, especially if you are traveling with 8 people. We had a lovely stay in this comfortable and well equipped home. The location is perfect; easy to reach and nearby (walking distance) the center and valley station of Bad Gastein. The garden is spacious and fenced which is great with small kids. The house was very warm (sometimes maybe a bit too warm) and cosy. Would definitely recommend!

Hr. & Frau Gobl were very nice and helped us a lot, since our transportation to and from the location was arriving and leaving at odd times. The house is very nice and equipped to handle 10 adults. We had a very nice skiing-trip and can only recommend this establishment!

Fabulous house and location

Fabulous house and location

I would highly recommend this house to anyone. It is large, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It is fitted with everything you need from sleds for the kids to a complete kitchen that includes a panini maker and three types of coffee machines for the adults! The Gobls answered my initial emails/questions quickly, and were very nice and helpful in person. The house is no more than a 10-min walk from skiing, shops, restaurants, and the train. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to return some day!

The pictures do not tell the whole story because the feel of the home is very warm and comfortable with absolutely everything you need. The location is perfect if you are going skiing and the walk to the Stubnerkogelbahn is literally only 15 minutes. There is a Spar and a Billa supermarket within walking distance and there is a lovely bakery and cafe right next to the house. The train station is about a 20 minute walk.The owner was brilliant and managed to arrange an extra cot for us and returned the deposit the day after we left. The owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I can recommend Schafflinger Schialm restaurant (we also had take-away pizza from here) which is a very short walk and is a lovely authentic, non-touristy Austrian restaurant. I would recommend this property without hesitation and we hope to be able to return. All the furniture and fittings are modern and new and there is more than enough room for the maximum number of guests.You will enjoy your time here without doubt; we certainly did.

Dieses Haus hat alles, was Sie sich wünschen. Es gibt mehr als genug Platz für 10 Personen. Es wurde an alles gedacht, in der Küche und im Rest des Hauses fehlt es an nichts. Außerdem ist es super sauber. Auch die Lage für Skifahrer ist super. Es ist ein 10-minütiger Spaziergang entlang des Flusses zur Gondel. Kurzum: und empfehlenswert!

Erg fijne week gehad! Huisje beschikt over alle nodige voorzieningen. De skilift in Bad gastein is prima bereikbaar. De lessen zijn vooral in het Angertal en is goed bereikbaar, met de auto. Het Angertal is ideaal voor beginnende skiërs en boarders, maar minder geschikt om te wandelen met de kleine. Voordeel is dat opa en oma de kleintjes konden zien, omdat de beginners lessen en de eind wedstrijd en in Gasti sneeuwpark is. Lessen bij skischool badhofgastein ( let op, dus niet badgastein) is een aanrader! Het dorpje is ook erg leuk voor de niet skiërs (wellness en waterval). Nadeel is dat lopend wel steile hellingen overwonnen moeten worden. Al met al wel een top week geweest in een mooi huis en gebied dat erg geschikt is voor hele families!

Wir haben uns als Familie superwohl gefühlt, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Mit 10 Personen im Skiurlaub fehlte es uns an nichts. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und nach 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man auch schon an der Gondel. Die Vermieter haben sich viel Zeit für Tipps und Empfehlungen genommen. Wir waren super zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist gut erreichbar. Möglich ist auch die Nutzung eines Skidepots am Lift. Dann ist man locker in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß an der Stubnerkogelbahn. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Gobl hat uns allen super gefallen! Wir wurden bei der Ankunft total freundlich begrüßt und haben uns direkt Willkommen gefühlt. Familie Gobl hat uns anschließend die Unterkunft gezeigt und auch da waren wir direkt begeistert. Die Küche hat wirklich alles zu bieten, was man für so einen Urlaub benötig. Über Kaffeemaschinen, Pfannen und Töpfe ist wirklich alles vorhanden, so dass nichts selbst mitgebracht werden muss. Auch das komplett neu renovierte Bad und die große Wohnküche haben uns den Skiurlaub versüßt! Das komplette Haus war wirklich super sauber vorzufinden. Ebenso war es kein Problem, noch eine weitere Person mitzubringen. so dass diese sogar auf einem separaten Bett schlafen konnte. Der Weg zum Skilift dauert zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten, ist also absolut nicht weit und gut gelegen. Die Zeit in Bad Gastein ging so schnell um, wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Great property with all amenities close to ski lifts and shopping

We had a great stay at the Gobls’ house in Bad Gastein. The house is equipped with all amenities and is conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood a short walk by the river to the ski station and shopping. Willibald and Esther greeted us upon arrival and introduced us to be house and it’s surroundings. The communication was efficient and friendly. We highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to spend quality time in Bad Gastein.

Die Bilder auf Fewo-direkt geben nur teilweise wieder wie schoen und grosszuegig bemessen das Haus ist. Da viele Bewertungen von Familien stammten war ich war mir die Groesse der 10 Betten urspruenglich nicht ganz klar, aber das Haus hat mehr als genug Platz & Betten um mit einer Gruppe von 10 ausgewachsenen Personen dort zu verweilen. Weiters moechte ich (wie auch viele andere Rezessionen) herausstreichen wie freundlich und bemueht die Gastgeber waren! Vielen Dank dafuer und fuer den gelungenen Urlaub!!

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat bzgl. Lage, Ausstattung usw. entsprachen vol und ganz den Tatsachen. Wir (Fam. mit 4 Personen und Hund) waren von dem Urlaubsdomizil begeistert. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt und mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, welche auch noch 100% funktionierten. Der Verrmieter hat uns sehr gut vorbereitet und wir fühlten uns jederzeit gut betreut.Freizeitmöglichkeiten jeder Art sind in der Nähe möglich. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Felsentherme, Gondelbahn zum Stubner-Kogel mit Hängebrücke am Gipfel, verschiedene Bergbahnen zu den umliegenden Gipfeln mit sehr schönen Almen. Alle Wanderwege sind sehr gut ausgeschildert. Der Gateiner Heilstollen ist eine anerkannte wundervolle Therapie bei verschiedenen Erkrankungen. Alles in allem war unser Urlaub von 8 Tagen viel zu kurz um sämtliche Angebote in Gastein nutzen zu können. Fazit: wir komme wieder!! Vielen Dank noch einmal an den Vermieter für ein wundervolles Domizil, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen und gemütlichen Schiurlaub in dem perfekt und modern ausgestatteten Ferienhaus in ruhiger und guter Lage (10 Min. zu Fuß entlang der Gasteiner Ache zum Schilift, zur Therme und zu den Geschäften). Wir genossen den geräumigen Gemeinschaftsbereich und die Rückzugs-möglichkeiten in die fünf Schlafräume. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl für Schifahrer als auch für Wanderer und Langläufer vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns willkommen. We spent a wonderful week in the house. We were four adults and four children and the house was very spacious and could easily fit more people. The decor is beautiful and contemporary, the kitchen an bathrooms are newly made and very nice. Very recommendable. The family owning and renting out this house are very service minded and friendly. The communication before, under and after our stay was perfect and more comprehensive than you could expect - we were recommended restaurants, guided on walks in the city and other issues. The house is located a bit outside the town center, but still nearby and still close to the lift, ski rental etc. The lift is 10 min by foot and 2-3 min by car. There are excellent parking facilities by the lift. Shopping for groceries is a 10 min walk away, beautiful walk along the river. The town and the skiing area are very nice. There is a small children's area nearby and a even bigger in Angertal, 15-20 min by car. We drove to Angertal with the children several days. The skiing area is not huge, but offers nice runs and challenging pistes. There are excellent possibilities for off piste, especially in Sport Gastein. We were more than satisfied with this house and definitely hope to return again to the house and the town.
