Perfect location and very good communication with hotel staff

Comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom.

There was no kitchen stock at all, as in: Salt, Pepper, Oil but the kitchen itself was good.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were unprofessional and disrespectful in their behavior. Their attitude was so bad that we decided to check out on the second day of our stay. They promised to provide us with compensation cards, but we have not received anything until now. Upon arrival, we were surprised by unreasonable and restrictive rules – including being told not to use the hotel’s facilities, which makes no sense for paying guests. The place is uncomfortable, the experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re looking for comfort, respect, and professional service, this is definitely not the place

Okay, I can help you make your review more concise. Here is a possible version: The apartment was in a great location, close to supermarkets and the lift station. The village was charming and had many activities, such as a spa, ice curling, and ice skating. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and a giant smart tv. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and stylish. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I had a wonderful time skiing and relaxing in Bad Gastein.

Couch not made into a bed even though we specified we were 6 people and we'd be using it. When couch was opened up food and trash was found. There are no cleaning supplies provided, not even a broom so it was difficult to clean. That extends to the rest of the stay. Space beneath the beds also needs a better cleaning. The heating is infloor so there are no hanging places for jackets and etc. to dry a little until the next day. Severe lack of hanging places in general for 6 people all having jackets, gloves, scarves etc. Only 1 big and 1 small towel provided for each guest for a week and 1 hand towel in the bathroom. I think that's really not enough for a week and I'd suggest bringing your own additional towel. No communication about the parking spaces. The apartment only comes with 1 and we had to find another parking spot far away for the second car. Not a problem but it'd be nice if it was shown beforehand.

The management of the place or not respectful I was shocked on my check out they were late even they told me to be ready early and when I try to call them they give me a negative feedback about my stay in the apartment to take the deposit I believe

Cozy apartment close to the ski resort

Once we settled in, we loved the apartment and the walking distance to the ski resort. I was amazed at how well equipped the kitchen was -- the number of plates, cups and glasses was well above what one usually gets.

The apartment was not ready at the advertised check-in time even though we told the agency multiple times that we plan to arrive early. Even worse, there was not even a hint of an apology for the mishap. The "Gastein guest cards" that were advertised during the online registration process never materialized, what we got instead was an outdated form letter with tons of instructions on how we should pre-clean the apartment before leaving and the associated fines if we fail to follow the procedure. Not exactly how one would hope to be greeted when arriving in an apartment after waiting for the cleaning crew to get its job done. Finally, the Austrian apartment builders still haven't mastered the fine art of sound insulation -- we could easily track the movements of the guests above us. Fortunately they were quiet; unfortunately they were early risers.

The bathrooms and bedrooms are really spacious. Therefor the living room is a bit small. We are a family of five. So we had to extend the couch. After that there wasn't much space left in the living room. Also there are only little possibilities to store your clothes. The cupboards are very small with only drawer each.

We probably had bad luck with our neighbors. Their night party was very unpleasant. And since there is no reception or home in the house, there was no one to ensure a quiet night.

1-The office very far from the apartment . 2-the Surprise the office Taking for us 10 eur from each person for the sheet and towels . 3- there is just one closet in one room and the other rooms without closets. 4-the apartment very small and the living room very small . 5-before when we rented apartment more than two weeks The landlord cleans the apartment at least once in all stays and they don’t clean.

Kwaliteit van de materialen, heel uitgeruste keuken, alles voorzien, goed bed, goede zetels, uitstekende berging voor skimateriaal. Stil appartement, geen last van de buren gehad, doch het volledig was uitverkocht.

Zeer warme badkamer, temperatuur is met vloerverwarming wat uitstekend is, maar niet regelbaar voor de badkamer.

Appartement idéal pour un séjour en famille et conserver chacun ses espaces. A proximité de tout.

Emplacement proche du centre-ville (supérette, commerces), des remontées mécaniques et des bus. Tout se fait à pied. Appartement spacieux avec 2 salles de bain et 2 wc, idéal pour 6. Large terrasse. Local à ski chauffé avec entrée dédiée.

Vue sur la montagne un peu masqué par la terrasse du dessus quand on est au rez-de-chaussé.
