Convenient and clean accommodation in great location.

Convenient with parking outside the house, hassle free check in and check out. Located a short walk from the gondola.

Despite minor shortcomings, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall.

We found the apartment house easily, and picking up the keys and checking in went smoothly. Overall, the apartment is nicely and tastefully furnished and ideal for a couple. It is a short walk from the apartment house to the city center, and almost everywhere is within 10-15 minutes on foot.

From our point of view, it is not very well equipped for cooking (low-cost frying pan and two pots), only 1 dcl glasses, but this did not limit us. What was worse was that we could hear almost everything from the apartment above us and noisy neighbors disturbed us (fortunately only two nights, the other two nights the apartment above us was unoccupied). The house is next to a relatively busy road, and if your windows face the road and you are not used to traffic noise, you may find it disturbing.

Feels like home

Feels like home! Very clean and comfortable, well equipped. Communication with the Hoast was very easy and transparent. Location is also excellent, directly on Main Street - just few min to the Therme or Gondola. Near small river- very nice walk to the town Center. I’m already looking forward to coming again!

Very small thing I would personally appreciate- hanger for the jackets somewhere at the hallway. Everything else was perfect!

Perfect accommodation among beautiful Mountains

Perfect accommodation for holiday among beautiful Mountains. Apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and well equipped. It was even better then on photos. Heating is individually adjustable, toilet is modern and had flour heating and integrated hair drier. Kitchen is equipped with everything one could need. Location is also Amazing- 450m from Gas station (open always in case one could need anything), nice pedestrian road next to the river takes you to Thermal bath or Hofgastein Center or to Start of ‘high’ Hiking path to Bad Gastein. Hosts were very friendly and efficient in communication- all details were shared in timely manner.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in einem gemütlichen Stadtteil. Ein kleiner Bach fließt direkt neben dem Hotel, dessen Geräusch sehr beruhigend ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Eine Bushaltestelle und ein Supermarkt befinden sich in der Nähe.

Perfekte Lage, für alle Aktivitäten. Unkompliziertes check in und OUT. Ungestörtes einfache Aufenthalt.Grosser schönet Balkon, Grosse Räume genug Platz für mich alleine😁👍Preis, Leistung Top. Ruhiges Haus generell wären die anderen Gäste sehr angenehm und Rücksichtsvoll.

Etwas spärliche Ausstattung in der Küche, grosser Besen, zweites Geschirrtuch, größerer Wettex, kleines Schneidemesser, kleines Sieb, kleine Müslischussel.. lauter Kleinigkeiten was ich gebrauchen hätte können ☺️. Etwas lautes Schlafzimmer, weil genau unterhalb der Bach rauscht und ich immer lieber mit offenem Fenster schlafe ☺️

Erholsam und naturnah!

Die Lage ist super zentral! Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr nett eingerichtet. Wohn- und Schlafbereich waren getrennt. Der große Balkon mit Tisch und Sesseln lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Einzig der Federpolster war flach und unangenehm.

OK, es gibt aber bestimmt besser gelegene Appartements in der Gegend mit besserer Ausstattung.

Grundsätzlich war es ein grosszüges Appartement. Ich hatte die Nr. 5, zur Hauptstrassenseite raus. Im Prinzip war alles da, was ein Appartement zur Selbstverpflegung haben sollte, aber da eher an der "unteren Grenze". Ich habe den Gastgeber selbst nicht kennengelernt, da dieser zu dieser Zeit selbst in den Ferien war. Die Kommunikation mittels WA hat jedoch problemlos geklappt.

Der Fernseher hatte beim Einschalten keinerlei Empfang. Das wurde jedoch von einem Bekannten des abwesenden Gastgebers einwandfrei behoben - erreichbar unter einer speziellen Telefonnummer. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht funktionsfähig, da der wichtige Deckel der Kanne, die den Auslauffilter steuert, nicht vorhanden war. Das wurde nach 2 Tagen behoben - Austausch durch ein komplett funktionsfähiges Gerät. Den vorhandenen Föhn im Badezimmer würde ich eher als ein "laues Lüftchen" bezeichnen. Die Aussattung zum Kochen war eher minimalistisch, hatte jedenfalls noch nie ein so spartanisch ausgestattetes Appartement auf Reisen (z.B. kein Gefrierfach, Toaster, Nudelsieb, Deckel für die Töpfe etc.). Die vorhandene kleine Geschirrspülmaschine, die oberhalb des Kühlschrankes plaziert ist, ist sehr laut. Die Lage des Appartements (Nr. 5) war ferner direkt zur lauten Hauptstrasse hinaus. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war nur schlecht möglich, da auch noch in der Nacht genügend Verkehr herrschte. Zudem ist das Ortseingangsschild direkt beim Haus und damit der Durchgangsverkehr noch viel zu schnell unterwegs - das kann man sogar an einem Tempomessgerät, welches die Autofahrer auf ihre gefahrene Geschwindigkeit aufmerksam macht, vom Fenster aus ablesen. Viele Fahrzeuge waren da noch mit 60, 70 und sogar noch schneller unterwegs. Nix mit verkehrsberuhigter Tempo-30 Zone oder so. Das Haus hat, wie es aussieht, auch einige Appartements auf die andere Seite hinaus, also (etwas) weg von der Hauptstrasse, so eines wäre sicherlich die bessere Wahl.

Visszajönnénk máskor is!

Tágas, kényelmes szobánk volt, gyalog-autóval minden túraútvonal, étterem, stb. közel volt, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Egyik este egy társaság kezdett éppen bele a házibuliba, de a tulajok azonnal reagáltak és leállították, ezért nagyon hálásak vagyunk, köszönjük a gyors problémamegoldást!

Mivel 9 napra jöttünk, relatíve sok szemetet termeltünk, de mivel nem volt szemetes zsák, sem elég WC papír, ezeket magunknak kellett beszereznünk. Ezek elenyésző dolgok, összességében nem rontottak az élményen. A konyhában lehetne mikró a mosogatógép helyett, mert így eléggé le voltunk korlátozva, hogy milyen ételeket főzhetünk magunknak.
