The lodge is exactly as in the pictures. It’s cosy and homey. The bathroom was nice, had enough room and shower space is large. Bedrooms are of a good size.
The garden is lovely. You can sit outside and enjoy it. The owners of the lodge are very friendly and welcoming. There was a nice basket with goodies and a bottle of wine, juice, and milk in the fridge. We, however, don’t drink alcohol, but appreciated the gesture.
The beds were a bit too narrow for us, mattresses too soft and pillows on the hard side.
But other people may like this. (:

Cosy and comfortable lodge. Very spacious. Outside area looked great but too cold for us at the time of our visit.
Very handy for the bus routes into the centre of the city.
Very helpful host met us on arrive and gave us lots of advice about where to go.
On site parking right outside the door.
We were asked to turn off the heating when not in the lodge. This led to us returning to a cold building which took time to heat up.
