Location was very nice and convenient, one bus away from the city centre, there's a massive sainsbury's and Aldi in walking distance.
Bathroom is a little small but manageable.

Kitchen was really nice with all you would ever need in it! Master bedroom was a nice size with a decent wardrobe.
The main corridor smelt of smoke outside. I thought it would be okay inside the flat but after a nights sleep it was the first thing that hit me when I awoke. We all agreed in our party we had to move. The renter stated that it did not have smoke in it but it smells of something bad to your health. Maybe mould or smoke? Either one is bad so we didn't stay the rest of our trip!

Convenient location with a huge sainsburys, Starbucks, McDonald's etc 2 mins walk away. Very comfy double bed, modern kitchen that was well stocked with cookware, utensils etc. Clean, warm relatively quiet. Host quick to respond to messages and also kindly accommodated an additional request from us.
Only one bath sheet and one hand towel each, so no towel for hair. No spare loo roll. Communal area lacklustre and off putting, but not reflective of the the modern, clean apartment itself. Bedroom door handle on double needs fixing (hard to open). Light switch in hallway faulty (had to tap to get the light on). There's no window in the single bedroom as its located in the middle of the apartment (not an issues for us but might be for some). Finally, a lot of modern appliances (which were great) but some instructions in the apartment on how to use these would have been helpful.

Good location, good facilities and for the price is a very good choice
The shower is not great, the water pressure should be better, but I’m being very picky about it

Nicely laid out with modern furniture. Only one flight flight of stairs so not too bad for accessibility. No issues with this property.
Location is a little far from the heart of the city but it is walkable for the average person.

Location was very close to the bus stops, but in a very quiet place.
The building is very old, with the smell of the mold inside (not in the apartment).

Very comfortable and flexible space. Good access to public transport in and out of Edinburgh. Scott could not have been more helpful.

Very clean & comfortable accommodation in a quiet apartment block. Well stocked kitchen perfect for self catering, easy access via a lock box. Great communication with the host. Sainsbury's & Aldi in walking distance
Small single bedroom a little too compact, sofa bed not very comfortable.
On street parking expensive Mon-Fri but free at weekends

All the facilities needed for a short stay. Would use again. Host constantly checked in with us on message and also provided some assistance with a suggested bus route from the station to our accomodation. Very helpful!
Door to the main bedroom was clear with a full size window so you could see straight into the bedroom at all times. It was a little funny with my coworker but not a big issue. Could be with some people though! Host said the window will be covered with a frosted vinyl at some point in the future when i pointed this out. The hallway doesn't reflect the quality of the flat. It does look run down initially but the flat is great and has everything you need for a short stay. Location is good but similar to the hallway the street didnt give good first impressions.
Still enjoyed the stay and would use again if i need to stay in Edinburgh as the location and price what just what we needed.

Fantastic compact flat, great location close to supermarkets and Macdonald's on your doorstep.
Buses into the city 2 minutes walk away and very regular service.
The host is Fantastic and attentive. Most of all flexible with check in times (where reasonable requests are made)
He even came out of his way to drop off additional towels and pillows
The sofa bed is probably better for younger visitors not middle aged people with dodgy backs but we knew someone was using it so we got used to it
The glass doors were a shock possibly some frosting or blinds for privacy

Close to the shops and bus to the city.
Renovated kitchen was good.

Apartment was perfect for what we needed. Clea and comfortable, and ideally located for visits to the city centre with a bus stop right outside.
Communal area of the building could have been cleaner but that is not a reflection on the host at all.

Very helpful host, went out of his way to make sure we were fine. Great location, close to teams and bus service. Sainsbury's just around corner. 6 mins from Murrayfield.
Nothing stands out

Clean, well equipped, owner helpful - allowed us to store bags for a few hours after checkout, easy to get to town
The entrance area for the flats is shabby and smelled of cigarettes. It’s a shame about the first impression as the flat itself is much nicer.

The property is centrally located to all the places that we planned to visit. Very clean, new hub for cooking and walking distance to Sainsbury and Aldi to buy whatever you fancy cooking and McDonald's if you have young children. There is also Starbucks inside Sainsbury. There is also a washing machine, kettle with tea, coffee and sugar and washing up liquid.
I love that we have plenty of pillows and towels.
no microwave and the mattress is a bit hard.

Despite very short notice booking everything worked out very well. Good, clean apartment with very good facilities, quiet, with parking and with a supermarket around the corner.
