Location perfect.

Stairwell and exterior of building/ surroundings are a bit less than ideal (garbage, dirty), but still a great location close to bus stops, tram, and loads of restaurants and shops.

Location was very nice and convenient, one bus away from the city centre, there's a massive sainsbury's and Aldi in walking distance.

Bathroom is a little small but manageable.
