Great location for Murrayfield stadium

Entrance / stairs didn’t look great, but this can’t be controller by the property owner

Compact flat, ideal for 3 adults visiting the Fringe Festival. Clean, quiet location, very tidy, comfy, appeared recently/newly decorated to high spec. Every item in the kitchenette you could ask for. Host was very responsive, thank you Scott. On several great bus routes into the City, which we used daily. Aldi and Sainsbury both 3 min walks, bonus for self catering. Love the obvious WiFi code framed print! :)

Maybe a notebook for handy hints for other travellers in the hallway, personal recommendations etc. City map would have been handy for initial orientation. Not everyone likes to Google everything :) Few too many personal possessions in accessible cupboards, discovered when looking for relevant items to the hire. No big deal, just observation. Shower not very powerful but appreciate this is the nature of a large older building. Maybe a couple more mugs would've been useful.

If going to Murrayfield the location is brilliant, also on a bus route and buses are regular into the city centre.

The kitchen/lounge areas are nice and modern, however the rest of flat lets it down, the small bedroom is in a cupboard off the kitchen/lounge, there were holes in the wall beside the radiator that could have been patched up. The doors need replacing and the lounge window should also be replaced. The whole place just needs a paint and little TLC.
