Plusem jest położenie w centrum i bliskość do dworca kolejowego i przystanku autobusu C6 (na lotnisko). Przyzwoita wielkość i urządzenie apartamentu. Wyposażenie kuchni powala na swobodne przygotowanie posiłków. Hałas z ulicy mi nie przeszkadzał. Przy zamkniętym oknie niewiele słychać, a okna można otworzyć od strony podwórza.
Minusem jest jedna z łazienek, która nie jest bezpośrednio połączona z sypialnią i żeby z niej skorzystać trzeba wyjść na korytarz.

The Apartment is situated on quiet street in the perfect area when you want to go for a shopping (the Mercadona supermarket and Corte Anglais galleries), just next to the train and tram stations so it is easy to visit other cities and beaches (the Alicante beach is quite crowdy so for us it was better to live here and take a tram on nearby Luceros stop and go to the best San Juan beach, the tram journey in Alicante is fantastic with heartbreaking views), also the bus stop to the Airport is just 50 meters away. The walk to the old town takes just 15 minutes, many restaurants are on the way where you can stop for tapas or drink. The apartment itself is very comfortable with 2 nice bathrooms (so there is no queue for waiting;), really comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen as well. The living room is really cozy and quiet because it is seperated from 2 other bedrooms with long corridor, the contact with the Host was perfect. We spend here the whole great month, really enjoyed it and be missing this place .

Location location. Steps from the train station, main avenues and the bus is right outside the door.

The location was great, especially for trips to other cities in Costa Blanca, right next to the Alacant train terminal and Tram station. 10 mins walk to the bus station. Maybe 15 mins walk to the historic centre, 20-25 to the city beach. Big apartment, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice wi-fi, TV, living room, well organised kitchen.
The smaller room didn't have any A/C although we were told that it has. It was very hot during the night in that bedroom. And the owners are polite, but they charge for everything. 50 eur charge for late check in the first day. We had extra charge 80 Eur for cleaning, but there was no cleaning for 15 days booking in the property. We were told that the fee was for cleaning AFTER we leave. And if we want cleaning and fresh towels during the stay, we need to pay extra. That was not mentioned nowhere during the booking and IT SHOULD BE. Everywhere i have been in Spain, there is a cleaning and change of towels every 3-4 days max. Just imagine 15 days with only two towels, luckily we bring some extra from home. The place is clean generally speaking, but it's not great. And yes, it can be a bit noisy from the neighbours, the are loud, small kids screaming, reconstructions in the building and similar.
