Inadequate

It was convenient and adequate for visiting family nearby but I wouldn’t go on holiday there

It was insanely hot, heating was set on permanent until we realised. Didn’t cool down much in 2 days! Bed was a bit soft. Freezer drawer was broken off so all our food and drink in the fridge froze, on Christmas Day. Door code was wrong so we had to wait outside for the staff to find the correct one. Won’t be coming back

One thing was fair that weekend , it couldn’t been helped . Did know was there . Needed to rest for dance comp . To be honest with road closed , did get people on car park . Just make people aware on same time every year . Part from that all fine nice place .

The manager was so nice as i took a wrong turning ans he came to pick me up

Lovely place!

Location is perfect and it’s just right for a few nights visit to the town. Enough stuff to make your stay comfortable without going over the top. Comfortable sofa, comfortable bed and a decent shower. Perfect.

There’s nothing not-to-like. If looking for a negative I’d say the windows are impossible to open in most rooms as they’ve recently been painted closed, or closed-ish… so you do get the noise from the nearby dual carriageway in the morning. BUT… this is not a reason to avoid this place. The location is amazing and the noise didn’t bother me at all… just trying to give balance!

The location is great and the accommodation is very nice

The flat was well furnished and clean, very good value for money. If I was going to be super critical the toilet didn't flush very well. But other than that it was lovely.

Superb

Location is excellent, and there’s plenty of space for a solo traveller or couple. Nice to have the fridge, washer, oven etc so you can have evenings in too. Great heating system which took the chill off in only half an hour in the evenings. Plenty of towels etc.

Only one dinner plate, and the bed could perhaps do with a new mattress. Clean, and serviceable, but ready for a night in my own bed now I’m home. But - DO NOT be put off! I just wanted to include these couple of points so you can see it’s a genuine review!

Town Centre Apartment

Location

Bathroom fittings are in need of maintenance. Unable to use the shower as the shower head fittings had broken away from the wall. Looked forward to a hot bath, instead and discovered there was no plug available. Bathroom sink plug also drained the water quite rapidly from the sink making ablutions at the sink difficult. If I had reported these defects at the time they may well have been rectified. However, I was only visiting the property to attend a funeral in the area & wished to maintain social distancing from everyone during Tier 5 Covid restrictions.
