The property is absolutely stunning. Very modern and has everything you need.

The cleaning staff “cleaned” when we asked for it not to be. Instead of cleaning the property she moved (most of - still left chargers and other items in the room of) our personal belongings into our bags and into bags she found around the apartment. Mixing mine and my friends stuff up placing it in places we didn’t know. Removed our items from the fridge such as meats and milk leading them to become spoiled. And after all that… nothing was even cleaned. We weren’t even told this had happened and only found out once we rang. The owner seemed to be apologetic and tried to amend the situation which we were grateful at first, however after waiting 2/3 hours for our food to be replaced for dinner we gave up. Woke up at 6am. Did a 14 hour shift. To come home to no dinner and a waiting game which ultimately ended up in just apologies. That staff member needs to be fired.

Lovely modern apartment in a central location

Modern interior and liked the lighting and stars at night ceiling lights in the bedroom. Very clean and all the kitchen equipment looked brand new.

Quilt cover felt in parts damp on the first night. Only one pillow had a cover. Other 3 only had a pillow protector. Washing powder left on kitchen floor near the washing machine. Noise at night and people hanging around in the carpark was un nerving.

I didn’t have breakfast. I brought my own and cooked it in the beautiful kitchen.

The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and the bedroom window kept opening a little bit in the wind no TV on the bedroom wall n just need couple more baking trays for the family rooms other than that absolutely amazing beautiful apartment

Clean, modern and well equipped

Very clean and modern, with lots of utensils etc. Little trolley in hallway with additional bits and an iron. Helpful and friendly communication regarding the door and key lock. Good value for 3 nights.

I stayed for 3 nights. Quite a noisy area. Local dog barking (a lot), men gathered in the public car park drinking until late and loud music from a building near by. I was woken very early Sunday morning by someone staying in same building. Wooden floors and they were dropping stuff and generally being noisy. None of this is within the hosts control of course. I had limited options when booking so was about 10 miles away from where I really needed to be.

Superb

Location close to the town centre and parking next to the property for only £4 per 24 hours. The apartment was very modern and bright with a comfortable sofa and bed in an open plan room.

Everything was thought of however I feel something to wash up with would of been helpful e.g a sponge, tea and coffee provided but no UHT milk to go with it but these are just minor things.

Useful place to stay

The contact, Violet, was extremely helpful. The apartment was comfortable and clean - very modern in decor. The location was perfect for the centre of town.

There was no view from the apartment, and staying more than a night would be a challenge. The biggest problem was the skylight in the bedroom, and no obvious instructions about how to close the blind. After arriving back at midnight, we were woken at 0530 by the daylight and it was difficult to get back to sleep. The price, at £150 per night, was a little steep in Boston (but we were short of options).

It wasn't obvious from the photos that the double bed and bed-settee shared an open plan space. It worked out OK though.

Comfortable stay

Close to Boston Centre & there was a public car park with plenty of parking next to the property. The property it’s self was well presented and clean.

Unfortunately, we were unable to get the Tasimo to work.

absolutely loved everything, the owner was so helpful with everything and even upgraded our room cause of an issue with the heating. She answered every question and was so nice and polite the entire time, both the Paris and Osla rooms I stayed in were so unique to each location and had everything we needed and more! the owner showed us around the other room so for future bookings (which there definitely will be) we can pick the right room for us! so impressed this is in the centre of Boston, less than a minute walk from pubs and restaurants for food and all the shops in the town centre! could rave about it forever it was so beyond lovely!
