Very nice apart from the flies

Very well equipped and pleasant rooms to stay in and spacious.

Strangely their was a very large amount of flies in the property. All the windows and doors was shut and yet they kept coming in. Very off putting and put us off staying their again.

Good place to stay in Boston

Very clean terraced house near to town centre. Good kitchen, but only 2 chairs at the breakfast bar. Needs to be 4. The best part is the cafe next door. Superb food served by very friendly staff. This is only open Wednesday to Sunday, so bear that in mind.

House is on 3 floors with steep stairs. Top bedroom is best - middle room is narrow but is next to bathroom.

House was lovely, ashame about the parking and noise from vans next door.

Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful furnishings.

The very strong smell of chip fat - from the chip shop opposite. Noise was a problem with vans being parked in allocated parking spaces both nights. Neighbours up at 5 am running vans for twenty mins outside and running up and down the stairs. Cafe next door means not much privacy with benches outside front with people chatting etc - not great for children

Handy stopover in Boston with facilities for washing clothes on East Coast cycling trip

Location is right on NCN1 cycle route. Lots of room, facilities good. Quick response from hosts when we could not get washing machine to work. (user error not a problem with the machine)

Tricky to find, Google nor the supplied booking. Com map has the pin in the right place. It took us a long time to find it. Location is close to main road so not dead quiet.

Excellent stay

Lovely modern 2-bed house, a great base for my family to chill after a long day at a funeral. We ordered takeaway food from the sister hotel, which was so good! The house was equipped with everything you'd need. Loved the shower and comfy beds!
