This was the worst experience I've ever had with a vacation rental. I didn't receive any contact information from the "owner" upon booking (although I received several instructional emails about being a good neighbor during the stay, and a confirmation that they charged me for the stay, so they obviously had my contact information). I didn't receive check-in information for this rental, even after being charged for it the morning of my stay. I had to request the information when we arrived, and didn't receive a response with the necessary information until 4 HOURS LATER!!! 15 minutes before the deadline to check-in! By that time we were already going to bed at a hotel an hour away. Since messaging through the VRBO app asking for a refund I've been completely ignored. Their managing company, SmartMove Hotels, has ignored any request for assistance. Save yourself the hassle, save yourself the money from this scam listing, and stay, literally, anywhere else.

On our arrival the kitchen was full of red & flying ants. The maintenance team had gone home so we had to keep sucking them up with the hoover. Saying that the lads were round first thing the next morning & dealt with the problems quickly & effectively. I would not recommend this house for 4 people as there is only 1 sofa so there is no way 4 people could sit comfortably. Also the kitchen is badly equipped. I had to use bowls to put food in the oven as only one baking tray.
