The home had everything needed, all clean parking spot in middle spot outside the property. Quite area

Location was good, parking was right outside. Appreciated having a washing machine. It was clean.

It said “fully equipped kitchen” but no baking trays, no grater, not enough of each item eg 5 chipped mugs so when my parents came over there weren’t enough for everyone; same with cutlery. Photos look great but the yard is tiny and the place is rundown and really needs some maintenance! Hole in one bedroom wall, broken towel holder in loo so no hand towel, window in upstairs bathroom has broken latch so can’t close properly, tap in loo is either not working or full spraying on everywhere no in between, kitchen tap has turn set the wrong direction, chair was ripped, sofa and beds terribly uncomfortable (we turned one mattress around to avoid a spring and the sofa sunk awfully). The place is fine but it just needs some maintenance…
