Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable beds

No breakfast. Room was warm, tidy, comfortable and freshly decorated. Beds were comfortable and clean. Shower and toilet freshly decorated spotless clean. Plenty of fresh towels. Shared kitchen has everything you need and was immaculate. Car park opposite the house is free 18:00 till 08:00 and can be viewed from the property.

Unfortunately there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There is a flight of stairs up to the room which could be a problem for some people.

Very good value , spacious room and comfy beds. Helpful and friendly neighbours next door

The yelling neighbours at the back - but not the fault of the owners obvs. Nowhere really to lock bicycles safely so we brought them inside - was told not to but there was room in the lobby without being a hazard.

Good value for money

Room was good, everything that we needed. It was clean and the bathroom was really nice. Great location and parking across road. Quiet place, only two rooms.

Kitchen was a good addition. Could have been bit more spruced up with more pots/pans etc. It was also bit grimy in places, but seemed well used so maybe just need little tlc.

Brilliant time, live music at the carps

Loved the flexibility of the space, missed the text to get in but all smooth after that.

It was great we got parking on the street as the car park was closed due to an event.

Perfect short break should have booked 2 nights

The property was in a residential area conveniently placed near to friends & the town . Everything I needed was there & I will definitely rebook

We like the room layout and the facilities with in the room and kitchen. And the cozyness of the place. Good value for money .

The beds wasn't that comfortable mattress too hard and had a very uncomfortable sleep . And couldn't connect to no wifi . Even tho there suppose to be WiFi.

To begin with, I didn’t receive the codes to be able to access the key locks. I had to call when I arrived. The room was very dirty, especially the floors. There was a very strong smell of mould as soon as you walked in which filled each room. The flat below were very loud, constantly shouting and arguing with each other and playing loud music which kept us awake. The beds were very uncomfortable. We felt very intimidated as there were a lot of foreign people in the streets (permanent residents of the area), who were drunk, arguing, walking around bare foot, staring at us.

Noisy stay.

Clean and pleasant room

Whoever lived underneath was shouting till about 11pm and I had two kids under 6 with me so wasn’t ideal and I had to get in touch with someone to come and actually let us in and waited about 10-15 mins with my kids instead of being able to just use the keysafe .

Boston Marathon stay

Good location to centre and for Boston Marathon start, plenty of towels, clean kitchen (good cooking facilities)

Not enough leg room in double bed to facilitate for me as I am 6 ft 2 height, room was hot initially on arrival in sunny weather, could do with air conditioning in bedroom or fan, bit noisy in neighborhood.. would be a good to have a blind in the bathroom
