Location was excellent but google maps brings you to a pub instead of this property. Breakfast was good too. Facilities were all grey
Bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Toilet was across the hall. TV was too small and old model and picture was so dark that you can’t see anything.

Great location overlooking the bay.
Handy stopover on a long journey.
No negatives really.
Unusual in a positive way.
We only saw our host once for 5 minutes during check in!

Facilities were clean. Nice view from the dining room. Channels on the tele all worked. Shower was nice and hot.
Toilet seat loose. No mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Continental breakfast was supposed to be from 7:30-8:30 but was shut before 8:15. TV was tiny. Very few amenities in the area.

Good location next to the pub with a large carpark. Handy for Oban without being too busy
Room 1 quite big for a single room. Separate bathroom small but has a good shower
Mattress in room 1 needs replaced - not a comfortable bed.
Breakfast was a bit haphazard - 7.30 to 8.30am only. 5 rooms but only 4 tables and nowhere for me to sit. 1st day there was no juice left when I went in, 2nd day there seemed to be no bread provided and only poor quality instant coffee on offer
