Absolutely infuriating! This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, and I can't believe I put up with it!
First off, they promised two full beds and a bunk bed or full bed two singles and a bunk — pure nonsense! Instead, what did we get? One measly full bed, a cramped bunk bed, and a pathetic couch! An adult had to sleep on a couch that was a solid 20 cm too short with their legs dangling off like some kind of circus act! And guess where this couch was? Right in the kitchen, next to the toilet! So, if someone needed to use the bathroom during the night, they had to awkwardly sidestep this poor person crammed on the couch. When we rushed to the reception to complain, the response? "You already paid for it, so deal with it." Unbelievable!
And let’s talk about the setup of this supposed “hotel.” The air conditioning blasted directly above the beds, making it impossible to sleep without getting blasted by cold air. Want to watch TV? Good luck! You'd need a neck that can rotate a full 360 degrees to even see the screen from that ridiculous layout.
Then there was the toilet — a cesspool of corrosion that looked like it hadn't been touched in a century. If you’re expecting clean facilities, think again!
Sure, the location has a sea view, but that’s where the positives stop. They market themselves as a “hotel,” but let me tell you, this is a sham! Breakfast and dinner are served in a completely different hotel! And good luck finding the reception, since it’s nowhere near where you’d expect it to be!
The village? It’s decent, and the beach is pleasant enough with nice bars and chill music. Families with kids were everywhere, but that’s not enough to salvage this disaster. The water? A murky mess full of algae — if you’re dreaming of crystal clear waters, look elsewhere!
Overall, save yourself the headache and find a place that actually delivers what it promises! This place is a total scam!

Long stay in Aqua Elegant.
Location for vacation is perfect. Everything was just a few steps away. Cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly. Hot water was available at any time of day or night. what you see upfront when checking in is what you get I.e. no surprises. I did not expect luxury like all inclusive or something similar but very decent vacation facility. Balcony is very nice with beach and settlement center.view.
It would be nice if hotel woukd have its own sunbeds and umbrellas.
Room could be bigger. However if you are vacating only it is sufficient.
What I didn't like most was size of beds. For typical non Greek it is too short.
No elevator but for my age and condition it is not deal breaker.. Air condition could be more logical. It did work but controlling it was not easy.

Staff friendly, hotel is near the sea, breakfast excellent, rooms clean. The terrace in family room overlooks the street, but they offer other room with side sea view. We keep the first one because it was bigger.

The hotel is really nice.
We were with child 1 year and 7 monts. The child broke а vase. The charge was 80 euro for this vase so expensive. I think the vase not cost 80 euro. So be careful with your babies, because the charge will be too expensive.

There was a lot of pigeons at the roof and every morning was really loud , we couldn’t get enough sleep because of this. Also the bathroom was leaking and all the time was wet.

Very good
The location is the key. Very close to the beach, park and all the shops. Everything you need within 100 meters. Couldn’t find a better location. The breakfast is amazing, you have a lot of foods to choose from, exactly like in the pictures. We chose to pay separately for the breakfast, it costs 6 € per person, but it was ok because for the children we didn’t have to pay, so that is a bonus.
When I did the booking nobody told in the description that Aqua Beachfront Elegant hotel is actually a part of Ammos Beach hotel, so it was difficult to find it, because you get limited access with the car there, and for us being the first time in Olympic beach it was confusing. When when I finally found the Aqua beachfront hotel, I had to search for another hotel/ Ammos Beach hotel, because Aqua Beachfront has no reception…so the reception and the breakfast we had at Ammos beach hotel, but the sleeping part was at Aqua. Isolated the beginning was confusing, but in rest everything was ok. Even though the room was smaller that it seemed in the pictures, we still had space for all our needs and the cleaning was made every day.
They don’t have a parking space, but you can find within 200 meters big free parking spaces, or private ones for 4 € per day

Stuff was exelent, also cleaner service great, location is near the beach and to the center. Brekfast was great too with good choise of food.

Best hotel in Olimpiaki Akti
This is probably the best hotel in Olimpiki Akti! We loved our room - it was quiet, cozy, very-very clean, and with the best pillows ever! The staff of the hotel is very friendly and the service is at a very high level. We were also very surprised by the Wi-Fi connection quality - it was very good! An air conditioner is available in the room. Even the fumigator against mosquitos was available in the room. Generally, everything is new, clean, and made with good taste in this hotel! It is really worth staying there and we will for sure come again!
TV channels were not configured, but it was not a problem as the internet was fine and most time we spent not in the hotel room :)
