Amazing place

The apartment is so clean, nice, intimate, pet friendly, all needed facilities, including small gardens and parking. There is a great location: 10 min away to Olympus Mountain and 10 min away to the beach The staff is kind and the breakfast amazing, based on local products I definitely recommend it

Short stay in Dion

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. located within walking distance from the archeological museum and the archeological park. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Costas gave lots of information/ideas about what to do in the area. Unfortunately we had only one day, so we couldn't do all. He also gave lots of ideas for things to do in Thessaloniki.

Everything was great. Our stay was for three nights, junior apartment. Great place to relax and explore this part of Greece. One day we dedicated to the ancient landmarks related to the god Zeus, which are in close proximity, within walking distance. The next day we took a walk to Mount Olympus, 15 min. by car. The next two days we spent the afternoons on the beach, 10 minutes by car.

We have enjoyed our stay!

The surroundings are beautiful, as well as Malathro. The guesthouse is situated in Dion, a quiet archeological village, right under Mount Olympus, with friendly people.l who welcomed us. We have arrived quite late, but the owner called us and Mrs. Katerina waited for us. A very lovely lady, very kind and always ready to help us. The rooms were warm, cozy, quite big and spotlessly clean. We had a very good night sleep, the beds were comfortable. In the morning we were delighted by the view, the silence, no traffic around, the roosters sang and the sun was entering our windows. The breakfast was more than enough, with fresh made omelette and boiled eggs, a good coffee, sweets, croissants, honey, jam, butter, fruits and many more. The cherry on top were the fireplace and a beautiful view at a snowy Mount Olympus. We promised ourselves to come back to enjoy more of Dion and hiking on Mount Olympus and definitely we will stay at Malathro! Thank you!

Exceeding expectations

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The location is superb - near beaches and the mountain, with a beautiful view. The rooms are stylish and spacious. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to get back!

Exceptional

The property has recently opened. Located in a beautiful area, great M. Olympus views. Everything is very clean, spacios. The kids are having a playground in the garden. Private parking available. The hosts are very nice and friendly , the same goes for the staff. Fabulous Breakfast. Highly recommended

A new, modern property in a convenient location between mount Olympus and the sea. Comparing to the properties in the surrounding areas, this is definitely amongst the best value for money. Very helpful staff!

The village is okay and the nearby restaurants are average. Ask the staff for suggestions!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit leckerem Frühstück

Leckeres und reichhaltiges Früstück, gemütliche Ferienwohnung, sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps für Wanderungen und Unternehmungen in der Region. Perfekte Ausganglage für Wanderungen im Olymp oder Tagesausflug nach Thessaloniki.

Das Schlafsofa im Maisonette Apartment war etwas unbequem, mit größeren Kindern sollte man eine größere Wohnung in der Anlage wählen sonst wird es mit ausgezogenem Sofa im kleinen Wohnraum unten zu eng. Für zwei Erwachsene mit einm Kind oder zwei kleineren Kindern geht es gut.

Prachtig appartement, met zorg ingericht. Zeer warm welkom door eigenaar. Goede bedden, heerlijke douche. Zeer uitgebreid aan tafel geserveerd ontbijt in de mooi ingerichte ontbijtruimte. Parkeerplaats op eigen terrein.

Una perfetta Guest House

Perfetto punto di partenza per visitare il monte Olimpo. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, in 4 persone, in 2 appartamenti su 2 livelli. Abbiamo molto apprezzato lo stile dell'arredamento (finalmente qualcosa di diverso dal solito!); gli appartamenti sono studiati con cura e offrono davvero tutti i principali comfort agli ospiti. Materassi comodissimi. Aria condizionata ben funzionante e zanzariere a tutte le finestre. Io avrei preferito una colazione a buffet, mentre al Malathro la colazione è servita al tavolo (senza scelta di menù). In ogni caso viene servita una buona varietà di cibi dolci e salati e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Anche la sala colazione è ben arredata e piacevole e si può scegliere di fare la colazione all'esterno. Il titolare è una persona gentile e tranquilla che ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti sia per la cena a Litochoro sia per le escursioni sull'Olimpo.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση αναπνοής από πολλά μέρη ενδιαφέροντος! Όμορφο και φιλικός ο περιβάλλον χώρος. Εσωτερικά είναι λειτουργικό! Ο κάτω όροφος μικρότερος από όσο τον περίμενα. Πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα!

Το πρωί έχει έντονο ήλιο στα τραπεζάκια εμπρός στα δωμάτια και οι ομπρέλες δεν ανοίγουν κατάλληλα.

Wspaniały i serdeczny personel. Nowy obiekt. Bardzo czysty i porządny. Bardzo dużo ciekawych obiektów w okolicy. Blisko wodospady, góra Olimp, wykopaliska archeologiczne. Blisko do morza. W zasięgu jednodniowej wycieczki są: Meteory, Saloniki, a także grób Filipa Macedońskiego w miejscowości Wergina - sam z siebie wart podróży do Greckiej Macedonii.

Przy dłuższych pobytach mogłoby być bardziej zróżnicowane śniadanie.

O vacanta minunata la Muntele Olimp!

O locație linistita, cocheta, cu o vedere frumoasa la muntele Olimp, cu toate dotările moderne, apartament spațios, curat, dotat cu toate cele necesare unui sejur perfect. Gazda noastră, Mr Costas, un domn deosebit, sfătos, prietenos și tot timpul dispus sa îți dea un sfat sau sa ți ofere ajutorul. O atmosfera prieteneasca, familiara care te face sa îți dorești să revii cu prima ocazie. Micul dejun foarte bun și variat, pe gustul tuturor. Recomand cu încredere pentru un sejur.

Nimic important, singura problema, pe care o știam de când am rezervat vacanta, ca nu este situata locația în apropierea plajelor și trebuie sa te deplasezi numai cu masina.

Ausstattung war top und sehr stilvoll. Es gag alles, was man gebrauch hätte. Der Hof war toll und die Gegend also die Natur einmalig z. B. Der Wasserfall

Recomandam cu drag 💯.

Foarte incântați de locație (satul Dion- sit arhiologic la poalele muntelui Olimp), condiții, dotarile din apartament/baie si curatenie (prosoapele schimbate zilnic, așternuturile la jumătatea sejurului), ospitalitatea primita, micul dejun pregătit cu atâta grija.Am stat 8 nopti.Locatia este foarte aproape atât de mare cât și de munte ( plaja- Gkritsa Beach, 6 min de mers cu masina, am fost o data si aici, nu este aglomerata, frecventata majoritar de localnici. Am mai fost la Nea Pori Beach, plaja cu nisip, marea are intrare lina, tavernele au preturi foarte bune, si la altele 2- Platamonas Beach, Olympic Beach). Am alternat marea cu muntele.Sunt diverse trasee-unele ușor de parcurs si cu copiii, care duc la cascade ce se sparg în lagune, numai bune pentru bai racoroase.Baietii nostri de 11 si 13 ani au fost foarte incantati de aceasta experienta. De pe drumul de întoarcere, transmitem salutari și mulțumiri lui Costas- extraordinara gazda, pentru recomandările de divertisment făcute(ieri am dus baietii si la parcul acvatic gonflabil), și întregului personal, imbratisari minunatelor doamne care au pregatit masa.♥️ Anamaria. PS Pentru iubitorii de alergat, din Dion pornește Olympus Marathon pana la Litochoro.Noi am ajuns la câteva zile după eveniment, dar avem în plan sa revenim.
