Close to the centre and old town and main promenade. Also convenient to the tram and train. The terrace area was also perfect to sit out and enjoy the sunshine in peace and quiet.

Tv had no English channels.

Ita important to read the check in instructions very well as one would be there to check in. I initially struggled getting the keys and then wasnt sure which door the actual apartment was.

I traveled with my wife and 2 little kids. The location is perfect: around one minute walk from one of the main streets, exactly the heart of Nice. The property was clean, not too small and had everything for a comfort stay. There’s a pretty nice terrace, too. The staff was really friendly and professional: from the key collection process to solving the issues.

There is an elevator in the building, but it doesn’t stop on the first floor where the property is. It’s just 10 steps, but you need to take it into consideration if you have a baby stroller. In the middle of our stay we found insects in the bedroom. But we got the full refund and apologies and were told that such problem had never happened before and that a professional exterminator would take care of the insects.
