Location, large room, comfortable bed, very clean, quiet (the nearby church bells do not ring during the night).
The cow hide on the floor and the writing on the wall from Nelson Mandela, who lead a country washed with criminality

Excellent breakfast served by Sara. Very hospitable and good choices. Room with a view overlooking the square.
No mention nor from Booking.com that the restaurant was not open, nor were any others open.

A beautiful stay in wonderful accommodation, Sara was a delight and nothing was too much trouble. I felt very welcomed and would love to visit again one day :) thank you Sara!

Amazing host - Sara is an extremely friendly and helpful person. I had a serious issue when cycling from Lugano around Como lake where I lost a tube and had challenges coming back to the city with a broken bike. When using public transport / uber / local taxis failed, I reached out to Sara who organized a taxi drive through her friend from Lugano. It really saved my day. The room is very clean and beautiful, everything is organized to perfection. The breakfast is of 10/10 quality with local food, such as cheese, jams, etc.
