Lovely views and choice of two private outside terraces. Really large apartment in beautiful old building.
Well situated for travelling to Perugia, Assisi, Spello.
All needs updating particularly the kitchen. Control knobs missing from the oven. We had two doors to the apartment- one couldn’t be used due to an issue with the lock and the second literally needed kicked open as it was catching so badly at the bottom.
The shower didn’t work well- it pulsed on and off so that you got intermittent warm and cold water.
Getting to and from property is very narrow so we elected to park in public car park and walk the last 100m.
The pool area is nice with lovely views but when we used it there was an elderly gentleman (I’m assuming the owner) sleeping across a seating area until his carer came.
Unfortunately we can’t recommend staying here.

Seconda volta a Casa dei Lecci .. e direi tutto perfetto per qualsiasi esigenza .. dalla posizione per visitare tutta l’Umbria, alla struttura che è un vero gioiello .. quest’anno essendo in 8 persone, ci è stato assegnato l’appartamento più grande.. 4 camere da letto (matrimoniali o doppia con letti a seconda dall’esigenza) con 4 bagni annessi .. cucina fornita di tutto (volendo anche lavastoviglie), sala per colazione/pranzi/cene .. il Top.. campi da tennis / piscina a disposizione .. parcheggio interno oppure a pochi metri un parcheggio libero. Giardino esterno vista Foligno, con barbecue e tavoli annessi, dove poter sorseggiare al tramonto un ottimo aperitivo con vini delle cantine situate a pochi chilometri dalla struttura.

Wij hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad tijdens ons verblijf. Het appartement was ruim en schoon en de voorzieningen waren voortreffelijk! Zwembad met ligbedjes, een tennisbaan, een pingpongtafel en ook een wasmachine. Emidia, de eigenaresse, was erg lief en behulpzaam. We hopen zeker nog een keer terug te komen!
