The property is truly beautiful - magical in fact. It is in a very good spot for exploring Siena. The staff went the extra mile for us - particularly when a restaurant we had booked a month prior for Valentine’s Day cancelled 24 hrs before. The staff called a friend and we had a table and the meal was top class.. This is a unique property that I could not recommend highly enough

The location, the staff and the room - which we upgraded to a suite after seeing our original basic room.
For the price, they could have included a bottle of water in the room. Also the bed was incredibly squeaky and noisy…it’s something they should at.

The outdoor balcony was amazing to have and sit with a glass of wine. Indoor there was a living area accessible for the guests to sit, read, and relax. The location is very accessible to restaurants and shops. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant.
