The rooms are huge with lots of cupboards, draws , etc. Bathrooms are large, clean, modern and great water pressure. The hotel staff are lovely and helpful. Although not 24 hour reception arrangements are made for early checkouts etc.
No tea/ coffee facilities in the room unfortunately. A pod machine in the rooms or common lounge would be nice.

The property is truly beautiful - magical in fact. It is in a very good spot for exploring Siena. The staff went the extra mile for us - particularly when a restaurant we had booked a month prior for Valentine’s Day cancelled 24 hrs before. The staff called a friend and we had a table and the meal was top class..

Loved this place. The decor is a like quirky, the bed linen is beautiful, bed was comfortable, breakfast was lovely, as was the server.
