Room was very clean and well kept. Looked exactly like the photos. The building seems very traditional which was also pleasant. Location was amazing. You are a very short walk from the plaza and great restaurants.
Everything was fine. There is no lift, only stairs (24 to be exact) up to the rooms. Wasn’t a problem generally, except when carrying suitcases to and from.

Location was amazing and the staff was very helpful. Room was big and it was a nice Italian building.
The Only problem was there was no elevator but the building and the city is so old so it can understandable

Clean and spacious room with modern decor. Great location to Piazza Del Campo, short walk to main food / shopping areas. Nice quiet street too, not one of the crowded ones. Ideal for a couple of days to visit the city

Very private and well appointed room and apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room has very nice modern touches mixed with a lovely levdl of old decoration.
