The property is located at the heart of Siena, the staff was nice and welcoming, the room had all the comforts and a nice view. The valet service for the car is excellent.
I guess it come with age, medieval buildings were not soundproof, the restaurant on the ground floor had a noisy extractor, they operated it until 11pm. You could also hear what was going on in neighbouring rooms.

very convenient location, just 5mins from the main square but in a quieter street. the view our window was on a beautiful church which lights up in the morning.
