Everything! This place is in the historic centre which is magical. The room itself is on the top floor with no lift but the owner was very helpful with getting our bags up. It is a beautiful building with a gorgeous view. Very spacious room with great own bathroom. We could hear the activities in the main piazza throughout the night and the amazing bells in the morning. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He has limited English but really tried to help us and was delighted to talk Italian with my daughter who speaks some and helped her practice. It was easy to find but be aware with no cars in the centre walking on cobbles with suitcases does require effort. Very much worth the effort though.

Location couldn't be better few minutes from the main square, and the view from the room was fantastc.
The elevator..... understanding that this is a Medieval town....but lot of stairs to climb.

The view from the room and also the common room was exceptional especially in the sunsets. There couldn’t be better accommodation with this view.
The room decor was pretty and I had no problem with the facilities. There seemed to be almost everything you need like fridge and kitchen accessories in the common room with a nice terrace to have coffee with the view.
Not in particular but I will share my experience.
Although it is written everywhere, you must be able to climb up 5-6 floors of stairs. Not a fun part but it is definitely worthy to have the great scenery of the town.
Also it should be strongly noted that after 19:30 you are totally not capable of checking in because the receptionist goes home. I texted the admin of the booking chat (which I found out later that is the owner) beforehand that I will be few minutes late for the check in but they were not nice enough to wait a moment and suggested me to take a taxi from the station as if I hadn’t had that in my mind (it’s not easy to get taxi there). The guy in at the reception was super good and waited for my 2 minutes late arrival. So please keep in mind that you cannot be late for the check in.
