Spacious and comfortable with coffee and water available at all times. Bathroom and shower fabulous.
Air conditioning never moved from 23 Celsius even after discussing with host. Uncomfortable. Lucky I travel with portable fan. Street noise all night then garbage trucks from early morning.

Location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness.
Stair access - lift not working, soundproofing very noisy at night due to location in the city.

Great location, and cute terrace for everyone’s use
I got given a room under the category I requested, being told that was the only one I could have booked with Booking.com The bathroom wasn’t clean (limescale on the tap and shower glass etc).
