We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Siena. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. The view from the breakfast room was stunning. Staff was kind and professional.

The Residenza D'Epoca Campo Regio Relais is beautifully located with views of the city and the Duomo. We walked to all restaurants, shops and sites of Siena. The staff members were graciously hospitable and expertly advised us on highlights, traditions and history of Siena.
We stayed 6 nights, and feel like we could have stayed longer.

Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. All the staff — including the housekeeper — were exceptionally kind and helpful. Maria and Sara were truly outstanding; they warmly welcomed us and made us feel completely at home. Pre- arrival communication, check in was smooth, facilities briefing was clear. Throughout our stay, they helped us plan our day trips and suggested activities that made our visit even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay thanks to the genuine hospitality of our hosts. Highly recommended.
This is not a dislike. Just one small point to note: it’s best to clarify the city tax directly with Booking.com, as the platform’s information doesn’t seem fully aligned with the hotel’s actual charges. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it could potentially cause confusion for some guests. Not to mention baffling our dear hosts too!
