The staff (especially Maria Louisa and Sara) were fantastic, so kind and helpful. They made many great restaurant suggestions and reserved tables for us each night. They also helped us discover so much of Siena. The hotel location is fantastic with a beautiful view of the Duomo and historic Siena. The balcony of room 5 is to die for - we spent many hours out there with a glass of wine enjoying the view. Lovely small hotel and would highly recommend.
The beds and pillows could be improved. We found them a bit hard. Maybe provide some charging stations or better charging areas for phones and tablets in the room.

Our room was beautiful with a lovely terrace and a stunning view of Sienna. We got a very warm and friendly welcome from our host who was exceptionally helpful. It was one of the nicest places we’d ever stayed in. We hope to return one day.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Siena. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. The view from the breakfast room was stunning. Staff was kind and professional.
