What a beautiful apartment right near the heart of Siena. We only were there one night and would have loved to have stayed longer as we are in Siena for 5 nights but we needed access to a full/private kitchen. The apartment is meticulously clean, modern and updated. This is the place where you are more than happy to stay at the apartment because it's so relaxing. Check in was fantastic, communication was top notch and all in all, this is a perfect apartment to stay at in Siena. Can't say enough great things.....just stay and enjoy!!!

I like the warm welcome of the host. He was very friendly and accomodating to our family even though we checked in quite late at night. The room is also pleasant and clean. Breakfast (cakes) was homemade and tasted good!
Siena is a town with a number of steep slopes. Hence, this accomodation is situated on top of an upslope. We require some stamina to reach the house. The floor is made out of wood planks so they are quite absorbant. Need to be careful of using too much water while showering. All in all, a great stay!

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable with beautiful view from the balcony. The fridge was stocked with meat cheese yoghurt and juice and to top it off a fresh tart or cake provided each day that was accompanied by perfect coffee. The host Maurizio was amazing with his detailed check in and assistance during our stay.

The location was excellent to explore Sienna’s attractions. A few steps down to the escalator to reach the cathedral, a short walk up the street to the main Piezza and the rear of the town. Everything is close by. Bed was comfortable, room had what we needed. 3 steps up to the bathroom, and three steps up to the shared kitchen and dining area. It was shared, but we didn’t see anyone else while we were there. Maurizio was a great host providing all the information we needed for our visit. Rated lower because of the festival
The BIG negative was when we were there, down the street they held a neighborhood award for winning the horse race in July which was two nights of loud music from 10-2am. It was a private event, and made it impossible to sleep. Very unfortunate timing on our part.
