Very well maintained, renovated 19th century building. Close to all attractions, while still easily accessible by car, very close to the pedestrian zone of the old town. Parking is not free, but reasonable (15 Eur/day in the hotels garage). There is no elevator, so you will need to climb some stairs (on the plus side they are all marble stairs). The room was a good size (for 3 adults), tha bathroom is smaller but very clean and nice. It was quiet and air conditioning was working well. We had a good sleep, the blinds can be shut completely, good if you like to sleep longer. The two large mirrors made the room to feel even bigger. Overall, it is a better 3-star hotel. Only drawback for some may be the lack of elevator.

This property is beautiful. I love Trompe-l'œil the that they have on the walls all over the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. They do have some onside parking. The biggest problem that I had with this venue is there is no elevator. We were staying in a triple room which are all on the top floor and I walk with a cane which meant there was many many stairs to go up. Other than that I would highly recommend for your Siena trip

No water in the room, not even to buy. The room we were put in had AC issues (it couldn’t be turned on) and they changed us to another one, this second room had the AC on but the room was extremely hot. The drier in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast was somewhat good.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good and in a lovely calm setting. The location is great for strolling round Siena and close to the bus station if you want to use Siena as a base. Our room and bathroom were excellent and there were nice quiet areas to rest or read. Really enjoyed this hotel.

Refrigerator in the room didn’t work, and the bathroom would flood after a shower since the doors don’t close well, but overall the rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly. Just a warning if you need them there are no elevators, as well you may need to reserve parking with the hotel before arriving. The hotel is walking distance from everything in the main area, with a grocery store just across the street.

This hotel was a very good deal considering the price. The staff were welcoming and helpful,and breakfast was fantastic. The best thing about this hotel was that unlike most hotel rooms which are dark, this hotel’s room lights are bright. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

Convenient and close to transportation and the historic center. The breakfast was very good and the choices very good quality. I asked to be change the room the first night and they changed us the next day for a very nicer room with balcony and more modern that the first one, we spend 6 nights.
