The property is located in a great spot. Outside de old city but at walking distance. Needs a little refreshing but for a short stay is ok. Parking is near by. Everything was very clean and we have no complaints.
May be some refreshment in bed covers and pillows would for sure make the rooms look nicer.

The advice about parking was spot on , and helped find the parking and somewhere else to stay .
The message about checking in came far too late but nevertheless was better than the doors being locked on arrival and we were able to to do something about it . The location is very good
We were messaged at 1900 to say that last check in was 1930 . Being in San Giminiano it was impossible to get to Siena by 1930 and we got there at 2000. However no options about getting access were offered. The checkin and access shut at 1930 and that was that. In this day and age last check in at 1930 is ridiculous - . They could have access through key code or alternative or leave keys at a local bar. They could have told us earlier . As it was we had to find another hotel which proved to be easy but expensive, and used their parking advice. I can understand them requiring 5 hours to clean the rooms , checking in from 15.30. I am aware that last check in time is there in the small print. It never occurred to me that 8 was too late to check in. I would expect to be able to check in at 11pm or midnight as I have done many times before. Anyway , let this be a warning . It's their business and they must do as they choose , but smarter customer service would have helped avoid the situation .
