Excellent city break hotel with easy access to town.

When we arrived we pulled in to ask where the parking was. A member of staff helped us with our luggage and took our car to park which was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and kind. I was traveling with a mobility scooter which they allowed me to park in a secure luggage room. Check in was quick and our luggage was brought up to our room. The shower room was stunning, very clean and easy to use. The toilet was located in a separate room next to it. The bed was comfortable and large. We had a view across the lake and park. There was a small fridge, a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods and a kettle. We had brought our own tea and coffee. It was easy to get into town on my scooter, the town is very wheelchair friendly with plenty of dropped kerbs at crossing points. Drama is well worth a visit, lots of shops, cafes and beautiful buildings. I recommend visiting the bar at the hotel which also has an extensive tea menu. Michael made us bespoke cocktails to our taste. The breakfast buffet was excellent but a bit of a marathon, about 20 metres long with the butter located at the opposite end to the toast machine.

It is not clear on booking that the spa center is a separate business and not included in your booking. It costs 20 Euro a person per visit.

Fantastic Hotel for a stopover

Its location to the springs and the peaceful park. The rooms are modern and luxurious.

Parking is a little difficult however the staff did this for us which we were grateful for.

Very comfortable stay

Beautiful old industrial building, very well restored and converted. Very clean and comfortable large rooms with good facilities. The location by the lake, parks and restaurants was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a generous hotel, we had gifts of fruit and a massage. Thank you.

Good hotel needs organisation to be a top one

Location of the hotel near the city center and Oneiroupoli wonderful renovation of a tobacco house Excellent restaurant

The first day we stayed we didnt have our room cleaned unimaginable thing for a 5 star hotel!! The second day we ordered a toast and they told us that they explained us that they had run out. So conclusion lack of organisation during Xmas time!! Bar and Cafe service horrible it is not owned by the hotel no one is interested to check if you need something or there is not enough personal there!! Xmas dinner provided by catering service overpriced cold dishes definitely not 70 euros per person worth!!

Exceptional!

I loved the room and my lake view from the window! Super clean facilites with very friendly staff. Best location in the city with a lot of activities nearby.

Downside was that due to covid food selections for room service where poor but this is due to the unfortunate circumstances. Looking forward to visit the hotel again when all comes back to normal.

Best hotel in East Macedonia

Hydrama hotel, while respecting the history of the building, is a modern hotel with great facilities and view in the lake. The rooms are big, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and professional, ready to help whenever is needed. This is our preferred option to stay whenever we go to Drama.

Parking sometimes could become difficult but the staff always offers support.

Έχω επισκεφτεί πολλές φορές το ξενοδοχείο, και με αφήνει πάντα έκπληκτο το πόσο καλύτερα φαίνονται όλα κάθε φορά! Τελικά όμως μου φαίνεται πως από την πρώτη μέρα της λειτουργίας του ήταν ΤΕΛΕΙΟ!!! Ευχαριστώ για την ζεστή φιλοξενία όλο το προσωπικό και τον Ιδιοκτήτη κ. Μανώλη Λεδάκη!
